Wait, is the Blue Lady an Eastlake style, or is it a Queen Anne Free Classic?

At the 42:12 point in the video - that is certainly not the Pitot House. It looks like the Pitot House, but it must be a replica that was built somewhere else. You do talk about replicas, but not sure that you make your point clear that the house that you show is a replica. There is another replica of the Pitot House at 800 Moss Street that was built in 1939. Pitot House is not the oldest house in New Orleans. That would be "Madame John's Legacy" in the French Quarter - built in 1788 after the first great fire. Rebuilt in the style of the previous house that was there before the fire.

The New Marigny is actually "St Roch", which I believe is the 8th Ward. While I'm not sure if this neighborhood was St Rcoh at the time, I'm pretty sure it wasn't refered to as the New Marginy.
