Evolution of Hyundai Santa Fe Chimes

The Hyundai Santa Fe (Korean: 현대 싼타페) has been produced by South Korean automaker Hyundai since 2000. It is a five-door crossover SUV that offers both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations. Named after Santa Fe, New Mexico, it made its debut in 2001 as Hyundai's first-ever SUV model. The Santa Fe marked a pivotal moment in Hyundai's restructuring efforts of the late 1990s, becoming highly popular among American consumers. Positioned between the smaller Tucson compact crossover and the larger Veracruz from 2006 to 2012, it currently fills the space between the Tucson and the larger Palisade as of 2018.
