Mam i have one question If Indian doesn't believe in secularism then what changes should be in foreign policy?

Countries follow a set of rules on an international platform, in how they deal with other people, these rules are a direct product of their own cultural/religious identity. Being secular means, when India is dealing with other countries it does not change its values or make exceptions based on religious identity of the other country. We have noticed that theocratic countries usually engage in religious politics on international platform, where they prefer to work with other countries that have same religious majority. So, it's a possibility that India might have a different set of values if it was not secular. Maybe it would have supported the Tamil minority in srilanka, rather than supporting the state of srilanka. Or we would have strained ties with some countries depending upon which religion is dominant.
