Also, his fist apparent death in 52, when things aeemed to be more consinstent, was falling down into a factory chimney

Actually, In AK, Joker also jumped when the cloudburst was already activated and batman had retrieved the power cell and went to put it in the batmobile to fix it. There was a hallucination where the joker jumped with batman.
