Here we show the last 10 generations of the mercedes-benz class S. This is not the chronological order. in fact, the S-Class designation for top-of-the-line Mercedes-Benz models was officially introduced in 1972 with the W116.

Owned a s500 2002 model back in 2015. There was not a single rust , some untouched place below seats were still fresh as new. Engine was still great and it could touch full speedometer without any trouble(240 kmh). S is S class always, respect.

Funny, during the production the most of the customer prefer the w126. Often customer find the shape pf the w140 to big, looks like the taste is developing

I wholeheartedly agree because I sat in another Mercedes of similar age (R129 SL500) and it felt like I was sitting in an ultra comfy & luxurious tank. Even though some bits are plastic, they don’t feel flimsy. It had a very built-to-last feel.

W140, w222, w221... None can match these. Not even 223 or w220 @4:31 It's w222 not w221 @4:50 It's not from 2013 model, it's from 2015/16 facelift. W222 carried the legacy of the engine grille pushing the bumpers further down creating a dynamic flow which w223 has ruined completely. W221 had the most beautiful wheel arch that added boldness
