I like the NPCs in V the most because (depending on the NPC) you can actually have a friendly conversation (or just give a warm greetings obviously not as Trevor) and interact with them. They also react to your appearance and car. Giving positive or negative reactions depending on it's appearance and style.

They are extremely dumb agressive and weak they can die sometimes even to a touch they insult you often for no reason literally drive into you and die because they are weak and you cant even interact with them because you cant decide what you are saying to them so the first one is kind and the rest are rude and they have no emotions/ memory so if you say something to them they wiill insult you you wait 30 secounds to talk to them again (because otherwise your character would decide to insult them) and they will have kind response to you... I once saved npc live from the agressive one (if you bump into them and while they are falling they hit other npc they will attack them) and she acted like i killed some innocent people rockstar just designed them so you want to kill them and dont feel bad for it
