一度見た技を真似出来るという設定からギースの烈風拳とクラウザーのカイザーウェイブを使えるとか作り手もなかなかセンスあるボスキャラだよなぁ

Aunque Rugal no es miembro del clan Orochi, él se ha vuelto más poderoso con los años. Ahora tiene más control del poder de Orochi. Rugal es como el Kakashi (Naruto) de KOF 1:48 Extraño ese Desperation Move, ojala se lo regresen Rugal girando como trompo encima de la cabeza del oponente. Gracioso y cruel al mismo tiempo 😅😆

Lastima que no mostraste la pose de victoria de Rugal en KOF 95, donde él se corta el pecho con su brazo robotico y termina sangrando. Mi voz favorita de Rugal es la de KOF 2002, cuando fue doblado por Norio Wakamoto (quien dobló a Cell (DBZ) y a M. Bison/Dictador) Lastima que recastearon a Rugal en el 2002UM, se escucha extraño en ese juego Al menos en KOF XV, su nuevo actor de voz hace un excelente trabajo

Básicamente en UM regreso el original, solo que ya esta más viejo el VA. Además que le tocó realizar la voz también de Heidern

0:26 Aunque Rugal hizo popular esa tecnica de llevarse al oponente y hacerlo chocar con la esquina del escenario, *Kotaro Fuuma* (el ninja rojo de World Heroes) hizo esa tecnica antes, en el juego *Aggressors of Dark Kombat* Antes del God Press de Rugal estuvo el *Satsu Chouken* de Fuuma Me gustaria ver a Fuuma en The King of Fighters Con su jugabilidad siendo más similar a como era en Aggressors of Dark Kombat

루갈 대표 초필살기가 기간틱인게 맞는데...98에서 최초로 나왔던.... 그 디스트럭션 오메가(일명 니가산!!해석하면 이녀석!!!) 진짜 최고이펙트인듯합니다. XV에서 부활을 계속 기대기대해봐보고있지만 안나오니 눈물.ㅠㅠ😢

I like the GC super that is original of the CvS version. Creative effective new idea. And my favorite new supers, after the classic ones, are the God Rugal original super; and the laser super from KOF 15.
