It’s more jarring the guy played arcade footage instead of the snes one. For a home console in 1991 to look so good was rare, but it was still a noticeable downgrade.

You can make it faster, evolve it, make better graphics, add more characters and gameplay but Nothing will ever beat the original Streetfighter II on the Snes, it’s magical. And the most memorable. It was the golden seed for all fighting games of today.

It was due to the immense popularity of SF2 in the arcades and the idea that we could finally play the game at home. Probably my most memorable gaming moment; right up there with seeing the Dreamcast running at an Electronic Boutique for the first time; it was running a Ready to Rumble demo and I literally couldn't believe my eyes.

I doubt there's much effort put into these videos. He seems to only do it for the novelty of opening a re-sealed used game on camera for the people that are into unboxings. There's plenty of mistakes made in terms of content and accuracy.

Enjoyed the format and style of the video! My only criticism, was that you didn't strictly show the home console gameplay of all the games (and chose the arcade versions, which were in most cases vastly superior); but the nostalgia and excitement of those times were clearly present in this video!

It's because the original Street Fighter on the PC Engine is rare. Capcom never even ported the game to the SNES and Genesis because they fear it wouldn't sell well. What Capcom should've done was pair SF1 with SF2 as a 2-in-1 cartridge.

I will say 3 things about Street Fighter: 1. My favorite character is Ryu. 2. I've been a Street Fighter fan for almost 5 years now. And it all started with the SFV (Arcade Edition). It was not only my beginning with this series, but also with the entire Capcom universe. 3. Not only did I play SFV, but I also tested other games, including: the first version of SFIV, SFII (Capcom Arcade Stadium) and demos of SFIII and SF6.

Good vid, however there are some mistakes and omissions: - the serie started in 1987 (and no 1991 ); so you forgot to mention the very street fighter - the ultra sf4 has a wrong gameplay (it's actually the ultra sf2 HD remix version ) - and especially, how ... but how could you forget "street fighter vs snk" ( my favorite sf cross over)
