Despite Oak technically can't be challenged, he's still in the game and it's still possible to challenge him in the game without hacking or cheating. That's why I added him since he got a stronger team than Blue. If Oak battles system wasn't in the game, Blue would have been the strongest trainer.
That's why I decided to add Oak.
Anyway, Oak battle music isn't real, it was made by myself. You can found it in my second channel Pokeli. If I didn't include my song, Oak battle theme would originally have been the Trainer theme.

Barry isn’t actually on par. The game has a gimmick where Barry’s mon level raises after you beat the E4, and raised up to max lvl low 80s. Red having that would make his mons all low 90s to 100 easy.

some people may be confused about how to battle against prof oak : it can only be battled by using the ditto glitch with a Special stat of 226, or by performing the old man glitch with the character mn in the third, fifth, or seventh slot of the player's name. Interestingly, the Japanese script uses an apparent earlier name for professor oak. In the Generation I games, there is unused Trainer data for Prof. Oak. This implies that it was originally going to be possible to battle him. In the data, Oak normally has a level 66 Tauros, a level 67 Exeggutor, a level 68 Arcanine, a level 70 Gyarados, and one of the Kanto starter Pokémon at level 69. This places his strength on-par with Blue, who is the Pokémon Champion and grandson of Professor Oak. Additionally, four of his Pokémon are identical to the ones used by Blue, but are at higher levels, so originally Oak may have been intended to be in the game as the Champion, or at least another high-ranking Trainer, possibly in the same manner as Red in Generation II. This is supported by an email on the PC in Professor Oak's Laboratory, from the Indigo League issuing a challenge to all Trainers and specifically requesting Oak to come visit them.

Toughest battles ever in Pokémon games (imo) 1) ghetsis - black/white (the hydreigon) 2) iris - black 2 (those who say that Cynthia is harder clearly haven't played the rematch against iris. Her haxorus has focus sash + dragon dance, she will sweep your team if u don't have priority ice shard or severely over levelled Pokémon, + she also has a hydreigon). 3) cynthia - diamond/pearl (platinum was kinda easy tbh)

Iris is a joke, just set up a hail or a sandstorm GG, i let my tyranitar lead, used ice punch nearly one shotted it, sandstorm beats it. If you think iris is tough is because your team is trash. Diamond and pearl is insanely hard because her ace is a full 20 levels higher than the last gym leader. I had a team made up of 3 of the same pokemon she had and i still only won because of my own garchomp. Cynthia is by far the hardest champion there is, ghetsis is a bitch too. Not even a fight for me i destroyed his team.

So u either did not lead with t tar or u play in the "switch" mode. And there is no way in hell that t tar outspeeds either hydreigon or haxorus until u setup about which u haven't mentioned. Cynthia was a breeze for me with weavile. I did not even have to use my garchomp against her. Cynthia was harder in black 2 and white 2 because my Pokémon were slow and she had a serene grace togekiss. By the way I play in set mode, not switch mode, and I make sure that all my Pokémon are exactly the same level range as my opponent. And u saying "YoUr TeAm Is TrAsH" just explains ur character. U are a good person. Have a happy life.

I feel like in the future games they should put most, if not all, of the main characters and rivels into the new games as mini sidequests. Perhaps some of them could be in a new region to investigate a legendary pokemon myth, maybe Blue/Gary could be the Professor in a new game that allows for the previous trainers to have aged or something. I just want to run into them at some point in the games, whether that means they need to add previous regions into the game for it to make sense, or if you don't face the elite 4 for a while, perhaps a former character could take the throne as champion and it makes you have to face them again. I don't know why GameFreak hates creativity, it feels like most of us fans could make a better game than them if we were the directors.

In my games: Prof.Oak: I don't know how to fight against him Red (Crystal): My emulator was deleted when I changed my cell phone. Steven (Ruby and Emerald): Defeated in both games. Blue (Fire Red): Dead along Crystal. Barry (Platinum): I'm working in that. I defeated the Elite Four six times, I think. Red (Soul Silver): Defeated. Alder and Iris: Defeated.
