Who knows? Maybe Orochi doesn't exist in the Fatal Fury/Art of Fighting timeline. Remember, KOF is ANOTHER timeline. Fatal Fury/AOF universe was more down to earth. Maybe Yamazaki in FF is not as powerful than his KOF counterpart. His rival is Hon Fu after all. Maybe Yamazaki is not a hakkeshu.
