I found it. My sister used to play this game on the Dreamcast when I was a kid. This beat still plays in my head, even at the age of 32.

I played this game in 2000 when I was 9 years old, and after all these years, I cannot recall any song from this game but this one. Even after all this time it's been stuck in my head, but I could never find here even though I've tried several times. But now I've found it! This is THE song from this game I loved as a kid. The nostalgia is truly overwhelming. Thank you so much for providing this. :)
