Kiryu wins that can’t lie,and I’m not even going to use the absolute zero cannon statement because in the movie it was stated that the triple hyper maser cannon was even more powerful and effective than absolute zero which is even colder than shimos ice breath and we all know Shimo just needs to one shot mechagodzilla,Kiryu wins high diff.
