Wouldn't' it appear more melenated, at least towards the top, to help protect it from the sun? Or is it a more case by case situation, like how everything has variations in fur, skin, and feather color and tone, either by age or by differing individuals, like as it spends more time in it's mature stage, the darker the skin closest toward the sun gets? Great beast regardless, really enjoy the hands and face and the texturing is great!

I did think about it looking brighter on its belly area, but I decided to just abandon that common sense for now and go for pure aesthetic. Other variations, like ones covered in fur, could just be for a whole other video.
