Short term, yes, because they will print prismatic a lot but in the long term, prismatic will easily be more valuable due to the amount of chase cards and the popularity of the eveelutions. Not to mention masterball cards for the first time in history in English.

@orionsires yeah bro. 100% surging will out perform within scv era. But just think, in ten years, what set is a streamer or anybody more likely to want to open? A set with an overrated and destined to tank pika card and a nice latias. Or a set with only SIRS of all eveelutions as big hitters and masterballs?

4:50 Yeah, honestly. Whatever happens, I just hope to get plenty of the set for opening and holding. It looks like a set we would really enjoy opening, so hopefully Pokémon can give it the good ole Crown Zenith treatment and print it just short of oblivion

The whole Ace grading thing is fishy as hell. Sounds like an inside job. Apparently the compensation offers have been horrendous as well. Be interesting to see what comes out. Randolph will be fine though, he's been big for years and he's friends with the Sidemen so he can just make more content to raise funds.

⁠@@orionsirespretty sure it was all in their terms of service on what would happen in this situation, unfortunate a small business was targeted but do you actually think PSA would be paying out more. There is also the option not to accept the compensation and send proof of purchase for values of lost cards. The fact that they’re paying out of their own pocket instead of making their customers sit and wait for the insurance payout says a lot.

Can't believe you've never heard of ACE grading 😂. They have some low-key nice looking slabs with nice label illustrations. UK has it nice with ACE, Japan has it nice with ARS.... Meanwhile we got PSA 😑
