Eating and exercise isn't really about how much you eat, but more so when and what you eat. You can eat a lot, but you should probably eat like at least an hour before you start exercising. Should also eat nice healthy food, slow carbs, you don't wanna just spike your blood sugar to crash right as you need the energy. If your exercise session lasts more than say 1.5 hours, give or take, you might want to have some quick carbs on hand just to get a refill during the session as well, bananas and fruits are fantastic. After the session is over you wanna eat some fast carbs immediately to get your blood sugar up fast, but remember to follow it up with some slower carbs to not crash again... (take this all with a grain of salt, I'm no nutritional expert, but did play sports at a relatively serious level and essentially went to a highschool course that centered around physical education and sports...) Also that vault thing isn't really about strength at all, it's pretty easy, you just need to be flexible enough to pull your legs up and clear the obstacle, then it's all about just having the guts to just go for it... By far the hardest thing about it is the mental block from the fear of having your legs catch the obstacle and you eating shit as you faceplant forward...

you guys need someone to organize your schedules. It seems like anytime a shoot is to be done people are bailing out left and right. I mean if someone who is not even a part of offline tv can show up to a shoot maybe the actual members should put in some effort.

I think many can agree with me when I say it's much better and more entertaining to watch a group of people who actually interested doing stuff rather than the vise versa. Also, to make a plan around 8 adults that have other commitments are near impossible.

Because if Syd tried to just show up and play the "I'm Sick" card to not perform in training, that's one thing.
