***also give march size*** -dragon (buffs/talent) -spirit beast -Monarch Gear (War Horn) -Active Skills (sacred dragon) -city buffs (junior, medium, senior) -Battlefield super march size Washington Prime -red star 3: 5% -Gold book: 15% -skill book: 12% -Special 2: 6% -Covenant 6: 10% total..(48%) think Washington prime is the only general that give march size from all 5 areas, if you can get the additional 15 copies, spec, etc done. You indirectly mentioned it, but Amplifying the specific Civ gear piece that gives March Size will improve it (by usually 2% per star - not talking about Star Atlas bonuses). This is usually the gloves/ring slot which is not supremacy (left side) so if you ever have "spare" conquest and want to amplify a civ piece - consider the gloves/ring first. For new players - your bread&butter - March Size usable 1hour buff of 50%/100%/200%.

He has freedom. Doesn’t have rurik amplified and he has lower civ treasures

Question I got 1 copy of Washington prime so only lv5 but I noticed his covenant is crappy generals from the taverm who strong do they need to be made before you finish his covenant
