I would only upgrade wall generals ache gear to parthenian gear, if i can upgrade all 6 at once - otherwise you loose Enemy troop attack -15 % which is very important for wall general...

Should refines on dragon be attack or HP?

Russian subs are a waste of sub city slots for t1 traps % don’t matter only flat refines are important even 100% more on attack and hp and Defense is nothing for t1 and btw the sub city general buffs also aren’t important because they only apply to the troops in that sub what important is are the debuffs because they apply to all of the enemy troops
