I'd recommend to hold building sieges till you can make T14. Don't over do it with t11-12 unless you are in a very strong top alliance where they siege rally a lot and specifically need t11. Focus on the higher tier, specially t14 cause with siege, range is what matter the most and t11 will always die because the shorter range.

One of the beauty of T11 siege is that its almost as good as T12 but way cheaper to heal so you can simply execute hit, heal, hit siege rallies and seriously wear the opponent down. I disagree though that you siege rally siege heavy opponent. The result will be quite opposite. You'll die pretty quickly and lose a lot of score. It's siege poor opponent that gets decimated by a siege rally. They would have no defense against your siege bomb until the rest of their troops get in range to wipe your attacking siege.

Seige poor opponent doesn't need a seige bomb. Because if you Wipeout their ground troops you can clean seige and archers with 1 ground hit. Up to. Numbers don't even matter in this case. You'd seige bomb someone with a bunch of archers and seige who's also ghosting cavs, in that case that would work. Then you can archer hit the rest
