I just received my EvryJourney bike for my birthday! It arrived in just a couple of weeks and 2 months early for the big day. Everyone was so excited they had me open it right away. I took the test on your site to see which bike to get and this video is spot on! I have not had a bike in 20 years and every holiday it is on my list. I started looking on your site last year and they were always a pre order so THIS was very exciting and I never thought I would be so lucky!!

I have a NIrve Wispy bike with pedal brakes and hand breaks with gears. I am not seeing bikes with the addition of pedal brakes in recent searches. Seems to me an additional safety feature and added sense of security I really like!!! Glad you mentioned the difference in the bar height for getting on and off. I had wondered about that. The electric bike option is only in the round the block, correct? (Never mind. I just read in the comments about the e bike in the everyjourney.) You've made it wonderfully difficult for the ladies to choose between the colourways! Good pluses to consider on the differences in quality and foam on the seat comparisons! Good to know fenders are standard on Everyjourney but not Round the Block. Thank you!!!

I appreciate the video and information. I’m coming from a Trek DS because I’ve been having some numb hand issues with the riding position on that bike (pressure on my wrist with the forward lean). I’ve been looking at a few of your models and the Around The Block did catch my interest. It’s definitely not the style I’m used to but I need something more comfortable and upright. I’ll be riding in neighborhoods (flats and hills) as well as bike trail (rail trail) with flats and hills also.

We'll see about that. In the previous months, we've released new bikes and we are still continuing to do so. Having a 3-speed bike at a lower cost would be fantastic. But we are still yet to determine that. Thanks for watching!

Wow! Just the information I needed! Maybe I need one of each! The round the block for hills and the everyjourney for my tummy. I have noticed at the gym with the difference in the stationary bike where the pedaling is more straight down and you have to lean forward and the bike with the pedal more forward and leaning back comfortably. In that leaning back position I can see and feel the workout in my tummy. I love sitting up straight on my Nirve, Peace, and Manhattan bikes. Love the comfortable beach bike seats. I have been looking at the Sixthreezero for several years now. Thank you for this in depth explanation of the differences!!!!!!

Hello Cam! The difference between the 2 is the size and the design. The women's has a frame size of 17.5" and the men's has 19". Also, the design of the women's has a more lower step-through than of the men's. I’m mainly looking to ride around the park with the bike, but I do like going off of curbs and occasionally going through the grass. What bike would you recommend? If you could answer I would greatly appreciate it ☺️

I’ve taken the test a couple of times and my top body fit results were the A/O Jackie, the EvryJourney, the explore your range, and the fattire. All of them are cool but I was a bit bummed that the Jackie (my favorite one) didn’t have accessory options.

Any thoughts on seat post shocks? I am learning every journey, but love the style of around the block. Its going to hinge on this post-shock.

Suspension seat posts are great. The only issue is they make it so the seat has to at least be raised approximately 2 - 3 inches because that is usually the height of the shock. So, if you want your seat lower it's better to use a regular seat post because it will allow the seat to go as low as possible.

Hi Kevin, both bikes are somewhat the same size. Both bikes are 26". However, the EVRYjourney bike has a frame size of 17.5" where as the Around the Block has 17". Hope this helps!

Hello, yes it should. However, the frame size of the women's bikes are smaller compared that of the men's though.

After reading some info online, hopefully I made the right choice: I'm 5'5" and ordered a women's Around The Block bike (liked the cream color over the black and prefer the step-through frame over the ball-buster frame lol). I got the 7-speed version, 17" inch frame, going with the size charts I read. Hopefully it'll work, can't wait til it arrives!

Is the Around the Block good for riding on the beach/in sand?
