EVS GTLM Mirrors-Are they worth it??

Review of EVS's GTLM carbon and magnesium mirrors. Are they worth the hefty price tag?

Hey just saw this, the stock mirrors are 5.2 lbs for the set.

Thanks for the good information. I am also using this product, but I am short so I can't see the passenger seat when I adjust the chair forward. So I replaced the rearview mirror and installed a camera that was always powered on. Oh! The glass is bonded with a bond, but it may fall off, so be sure to check it. One side fell off and I put it back together.

Currently debating this for my current setup. How have they been holding up?

They are holding up fine. I think any aftermarket mirror is going to be a downgrade in functionality but they work well enough.

worth it? of course not ha, they just look cool! It would be very easy to make your own with all the youtube CF tutorials and a lot more fun.

Vibrates and shakes a lot more then I'd like. But they do look good.
