How's it going there any chance you'll have the harness setup or a picture of it I'm trying to figure out how it goes my dad's front tire welds busted and it was taken off and I'm kind of lost; well whatever you can help with anything would be a big help! Thank you.

I have had my ew20 for about a year and a half, I have never needed to tweak anything and drive it everyday. Only problem was a flat front tire, replaced it with a tube and a new tire. Batteries still charge fine. The only negative is that is to heavy for me to lift into a pickup.

Brake rotors often ship with an anti rust coating. Wash your brake rotors with dawn dish detergent to de-grease them.

I didn't store my scooter properly (cold winters) and the batteries need replacing. Now I'm stuck with a dead scooter. I ordered new batteries but had no idea they weren't replaceable. Now what? I have no way of getting it to a repair shop.

i have the same problem, i just had a neighbor try to fix it and it can't be lowered there no space to make it lower. i'm going to call the company and see if they have a lower chair with a shorter rod.

Any idea how to get the battery out? They seam to be inflated and I can’t get them out to replace them.

Inflated / ruined batteries will swell up and to remove them, you have to first Break them apart if they are touching (they glue together) using a hammer and a chissel or fat knife, put between batteries, and split the seal. Next - - - pry the out - the first one is the hard one, then they will come out. clean the area, and put in new ones - and Keep Them Warm - - not frozen or neglected.
