Love the mute lock feature. Can you control it via the receiver in addition to the app? Or is it just something that can be accessed via the app?

outfitted 7 wireless units last year. Everything was running fine. Now the software has changed and nothing runs fine. I feel that I spent thousands of dollars for something that doesn't do what it was advertised to do. Why did you change the smart assist? it's now impossible to operate within the demands of a live professional environment. Can we expect to see this app repaired to functionality? or do we have to go with the more expensive but workable companies that won't let us down during professional engagements?
