the softest, most delicate omurice we’ve ever had! 🤯🍳 an unreal texture of Japanese omelets or omurice at @little_pool_coffee in Tokyo! dreaming to figure out how to recreate this at home.
also, could not think of a better analogy other than “waterbed egg omelette,” but it works right? 😂
