Hello Ewan, you may not read this, but I want to thank you for all the music you blessed us with over many many years. I remember the first time I heard one of your pieces, I was just a young kid and I was absolutely entranced. Your work has been with me for the good times, but it has no doubt helped me through some tough times as well. One of my faithful parakeet companions passed away yesterday and I am absolutely devastated. He became very ill and passed away without much I could do. Now on this somber day I find myself here listening to this piece and it brings back all the the joy he brought me. So in the end, I am giving thanks. Thank you for helping me, and thanks to my little buddy for all the memories.
