I have toured Germany about 3 times. I would like to return, but it comes down to needing a sponsor to cover the increased cost of travel, extra guitar luggage, food, lodging, fuel etc. It really adds up.

@@Ewandobson have you ever thought about touring with the help of your fans. If you find some guys around Europe who would organize a bed and a gig for example in a community center (in which most of the income would come to your purse)? I think you could find some people who would support you that way. As I said: I would participate for northern Germany 😉

The other thing is that if people are to fund a tour, they would reasonably expect to be able to attend a show within range of their ability to travel. However, a show is not necessarily guaranteed everywhere where someone who helps fund it is living. Getting the funds together for travel is one thing, but succeeding in finding a venue in each location is another matter. Sometimes a situation might arise where funding is possible, but getting a show within a range of dates in a specific location that accommodates logistics of touring is not.
