Every week I look forward to half an hour to myself to sit back with a nice coffee and watch the new Ewor Guitars video. This guitar is really coming together, cannot wait to see what you do with the contours on the body. Thanks again for making these videos!

The finger board looks great and the shape of the neck and head stock design look very nice as well. Over all this guitar design is looking great. The body design look real nice and the Ziricote inlay of the front of the guitar brings it all together. looking great sir.

Yes! I'm totally #TeamShinto Dave! 😁 I recently built a leg vise, so I'll be modifying my neck carving jig to be more like yours. Totally stealing that idea! 😉

Looking great! I really like the two tone fretboard wood. I'm thinking of getting African Blackwood for my next fretboard, and selecting a piece cut with a white edge like this.

Of all the steps in Guitar Building, it is the neck shaping that scares me the most. You make it look easy, but it definitely isn’t. The next thing that puzzles me is how to get the neck angle right so that the action is optimum. I look forward to seeing how you do that. Its a great series you have put together. I love watching.

Thanks brother. I laid out the neck angle a few episodes ago in this series. It definitely takes some careful math.

Love how the tapered stripes in the neck pop out. The veneers work very well. I see you don't work with lines on the side of the neck to curve it, scary! Had a great time to watch your video, as usual.

That is a lovely neck Dave. I'm seriously considering converting to your method on the neck shaping! Minus the profile gauge😁 Peace!

Hey brother dave! I know you’re learning fusion. If I send you a file with a neck fully modeled up, would you want it? You could generate the tool paths fairly easily and cut it out on the cnc!

Yes that would be awesome!

why don’t use cnc for the neck profile ?

That can only be done with 3-d software and I’m just not there yet. I’m still trying to master the 2-d version
