Studio One Pro for a DAW ... as well as all the recording studio features it also has features for video/cinema work unlike other DAWs.

You need an audio interface for your audio processing (internal sound cards tend to not be good enough when you get more than a few tracks running simultaneously) and also to connect to monitors in most cases.
