This is obviously true. Abortion rates statistically always increase as availability and use of contraceptives increase. Proponents of "reproductive freedom" like to pretend the opposite, but as soon as couples decide that having children should be completely their own choice unrelated to their use of reproductive organs), abortion rates rise sharply.
