I’m not sure where my first comment went but what I said was that even someone as ignorant as myself can see the most obvious. Sadly our church is 💯% moved by man and 0% by the Holy Spirit! Now they’re basically trying to erase him as well by claiming how wrong he was! 😪 I believe the intention of what is going on is clear. It was to teach. The difference with The Synod is proposals that have nothing to do with Revelation, Church Doctrine and Dogma are being discussed in secret. We have to ask ourselves why firstly? Is it to change Doctrine, which can't be changed without us knowing it as Faithful. Finally there seems to be nothing proposed at this Synod that seems like it's in line with previous Church teaching. Or, in other words it's not designed to teach the faith and discuss matters of faith but rather things that do not belong or should even be accepted for discussion with regard to Doctrine. You see Doctrine cannot be changed, so what is going on? Why are topics that are not part of Church Doctrine even being discussed? It seems very dubious to say the least an manipulative. Is it to prevent us as faithful having any say with regard to proposals being discussed which oppose Church teaching?

With the appointment of the Cardinals that this pope is putting in place, I have no doubts left in the next decade the Roman Catholic Church splits into like every other Christian denomination and sadly maybe that’s what needs to happen. There is no geografic area of the Church more important than any other place.. A Catholic in Tonga, in Iran, or in the Amazon or in Rome is equally beloved by God. If the Pope is inspired to appoint cardinals from wherever, accept it and pray for them, Jesus had great regard for people considered to be "outsiders "

Pope Francis will propably abolish the prohibition on Cardinals who are over 80 years from voting. Then he shouldn't call it a Synod. A Synod is Bishops called together to discuss a certain topic or issue regarding a certain Doctrine of the Church. Its purpose is not to change Doctrine or anything else. This is not a Synod. It is a gathering of people amongst whom, some have absolutely no formal teaching or qualifications in Theology, Church Doctrine and Dogma, Holy Scripture or Cannon Law. There are many attending under invitation who quite clearly should not be there to put forward suggestions, or, in any way advise a Pope.

One of the problems with Vatican 2 is the fact that they invited those outside The Catholic Church to participate and have an input into a Liturgy (The Novus Ordo) that had previously been condemned by multiple Popes, Councils, Synods and by Church Doctrine prior to it.

We Catholics must now take up the fight against apostasy in Rome. Did not the Apostle Paul say in his farewell letter For the time will come when they will not endure doctrine, but after their own lusts they will teach themselves, and they will turn away their ears from the truth and turn aside to legends. Since the clergy do not have the courage to stand up to the vulgar morons and perverts in the Vatican, it is up to us lay people to fight so that we can say at the end , ‘I have fought the good fight, I have persevered, I have kept the faith.
