I work at a hospital and the company has a reiki practitioner on staff. One day she came to the unit l work on and offered a 15 minutes session to each employee. Well l was the only nurse that declined. I knew as a believer in Christ that this practice wasn’t of the Holy Spirit. A couple of months later l was pulled to the cancer unit to work due to shortness of staff. Well the practitioner was going in and out of patients rooms performing these sessions to whoever agreed to have them. She noticed me and ask me would l like a healing session. I explained to her that l was a Christian and that the practice was demonic. She looked away from my face and lowered her eyes to the floor. She said, No it’s not. It was the way she replied that got my attention. Her voice sounded as if she knew it was wrong but she didn’t know how to stop. She walked away at that point. I went back to doing my work and l prayed in my heart that the Lord will appear to her and tell her the truth.

Like the woman in this video said, it's literally opening the door for dark spirits to play with you. I couldn't sleep. I was paranoid. Sleeping with the lights on for like 2 months. All that stopped when I stopped smoking pot. Ask Jesus to remove it from you and He will.

I have a similar testimony. All my new age and witchcraft practices led to my oldest son having violent night terrors, every single night, for 5 straight years. He would throw up exorcist style and scream in terror EVERY single night. Only it was when I got saved, repented and got delivered from the new age, occult and witchcraft, then went in my son's room and commanded the tormenting spirit to leave in Jesus name did the night terrors stop. Yes, we try to warn people ---- they don't understand that doors are being opened to the demonic. First a door is opened, but the longer you sin, but this is actually an iniquity, then it can open demonic portals. I am a Christian but because of where I live, I heavily fell into the influence of new age. That part about now having “rest” really hits home for me. When I was into new age stuff I convinced myself I was an insomniac. I wouldn’t sleep for like 48 hours and then when I would sleep I would have either sleep paralysis or dreams of my dead loved ones. My dad died like a year and a half before I had a dream about him and I didn’t know what familiar spirits were. And in my dream we were outside of a gas station and parked at different pumps. And I knew it was him and I ran up and gave him a hug and I said I miss you so much!! And when I looked at his face it was like… wrong. It was like the AI filters it was supposed to be him but I knew it wasn’t. A few weeks later I heard about familiar spirits and it was the start of my journey back to God without the Luke warm filter holding me back. I’m still not perfect but I’m trying to let go of my sins day by day. I will never even dabble in anything new age ever again tho. No matter what other sins I still do I will never ever ever do that again. It’s a direct link to hell. Oh and I was a self proclaimed Christian the whole time btw. Thank you God for showing me the real harm I was doing. And I pray for grace while I still let go of my other sins and I pray for strength for all of us to overcome the sins that keep us away from God. Thanks for sharing ur story. Sorry for writing so so much 😅 I just really wanted to say that part about “rest” is so important. If you can’t sleep when you could before just fine, the devil is keeping you up. Her point about the self help genre being a gateway to new age is SO true. It happened to me. I didn’t particularly have an interest in tarot, crystals, etc. until I got into “self-help” around 2017. I started pretty innocently by listening to Rachel Hollis (motivational speaker, who claims to be Christian by the way) and she introduced me to the idea of “future journaling” which is just another term for manifestation. (The idea of attracting success by willing it into existence) It was a slippery slope from there as I continued to consume self-betterment content that I thought was beneficial and a couple years later, there I was into full blown new age-listening to my favorite tarot readers on YT each week to find out what I needed to hear as “an Aquarius.” Smh. It all felt good and fun at first, but gradually became my ball and chain. I never felt more empty-like a PHYSICAL feeling of emptiness, that I couldn’t put my finger on. Thank GOD he set me free from all of that. It took me a few months after finally being saved in 2021 to realize that I no longer feel that emptiness!

I was saved 2 weeks ago. I was so excited to read the bible/go to church. I felt myself doubting the bible and giving references similar to a new age belief I once had. I had to keep reminding myself "No, this is the word of God". When I went to church for the first time, I felt powerful anxiety and I couldn't sing and felt horrible. Her initial video with Michael Knowles on Daily Wire is what woke me up or planted that seed and just a week later brought me out of the new age and I have since repented, been baptized, immersed myself in the word of God, found a beautiful church family and I know I still have a lot of growing to do in Christ but since the day I accepted Christ as my Lord & Savior and repented for my sins my life has never been better!!!! I only spent maybe 9 months in the New Age and given I didn’t do any crystals or yoga or anything but I entertained Tarot Cards/Oracle Cards and Astrology and they were the worst 9 months of my life. The New Age sucked me in the same way it did her, started with my sister bringing me to a medium and that’s how it was downhill from there. I lost my bio mom, 2 grandmas, my dad, my sister, childhood best friend, grandpa, and others by the time I was 26 and I was a mess. I was desperate to speak to my family or passed loved ones some way some how not realizing how demonic all of that was and it just dragged me down into a rabbit hole for those 9 months. Thank God for his mercy and his grace and for using Angela to plant that seed in me because I have never been more stable, happier or had more faith in my life and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for me. Even as a small child I could feel God's presence. God would always tell me stay close to him. I have 6 brothers and sisters and I have been hated and rejected for following Christ, even today. God is so good! Few weeks ago I typed in learn the gospel on KZbin and as I was listening to the word, I had a profound feeling up of the Holy Spirit, and it completely changed my entire life. Since then it’s been lonely in one sense because my friends and community don’t understand and they think that I’ve gone crazy. I’ve been teaching yoga For over six years and I’m having a very hard time with it and then I come across this video. I also am a jewelry designer, and I use gemstones to create my designs and I’ve been having a hard time with that as well. Acupuncture! I was ministering deliverance to somebody on their request. When I spoke to her about acupuncture she manifested, and I ended up having to block her texts and through messenger. She stopped coming to church. I never saw that coming. She refused to let it go. Sadly, a lot of new-age deception wormed its way into our churches, and people will not hear the truth. Acupuncture is not demonic. It's a natural form of medicine like naturopathy and chiropractic. It is based on life force and meridians. The energy body is made up of meridians. A particular acupuncturist might be compromised, but the practice in itself is not inherently evil. Of course, this is my opinion based on my life experiences. I encouraged all to do their own research. The Chinese also practice herbal medicine. Herbal medicine is not evil.

I used to have a friend that was EXACTLY like this, who practiced in Reiki and was a Reiki Master! She also claimed to have the ability to "channel" aliens and has psychic ability! Everything Angela says is true. I thank God that I never really stepped into New Age practices, but I thought it was "cool" for they had all these "abilities"! Then some years later I came to Jesus of the Bible and became born again. The Holy Spirit had me witnessed to her, by showing her scripture after scripture, telling her she was being deceived, and she then blasted me for being a "lost neophyte"! She just kept on trying to build her "Reiki energy healing" business while at the same time her body was deteriorating. Not long after, I told her that if I had to lose my friendship to her by telling her the truth in order to save her, it would still worth it. Our friendship ended on the same day afterward.

I’m Catholic. You’re right, we ‘fit in’ different things like Reiki, ‘Heal people like Jesus did’ makes sense so I did. On vacation in Miami. I studied and did my first ‘attunment’ from KZbin. From a reiki master. . You could literally feel something going in your hands. Demons. After I did this my bed shook so badly that I thought earthquake daily. Just felt dark. Still said my prayers with a crystal in my hand… I started researching because it felt ugly. The ‘signs’ you do in the air are demonic signs…. And brings them all. I also went through a healing myself in which they layer hands on me. Demons. Then came charca stuff to waken the kundalini. That night in bed, almost asleep I felt something going in the top of my head. It was real and it lasted at least 30 seconds. I knew demonic then. And I was AMEN-ing super hard when Isaiah was saying, "We talk about we wanna redeem this and that and we wanna redeem Halloween but you can't redeem something that didn't come from the Lord to begin with!" AMEN AMEN AMEN! And Angela dropped SO many one liners that were heavy hitters that are all so true!!! This is a testament to what SEEKING FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD will produce! The timeline of Angela's testimony and to hear how much word is IN her, is nothing short of thr work of the Holy Spirit. Praise God. I had to share this on my Facebook because my heart is shattered for all the Christians who (as Angela so accurately stated) SO AGGRESSIVELY defend yoga, and some new age practices and are so deceived and don't know it. I pray this testimony brings an awakening to the body of Christ and that the Holy Spirit will draw many who are not yet saved to salvation by the word of this young lady's testimony! I'm gonna have to rematch this several times to capture all the nuggets!

Thank you for this .I also have come back to the Lord after many many years practicing new age.I have also thrown all my tarot & oracle cards , crystals, jewelry. books, and idols. My childhood was almost identical however I am older. The sad thing I introduced many of these things to my children and grandchild. I am now trying to repair the damage done, saying prayers each day for them and taking my grandchild to Sunday school and reading the bible. When my children were young they did attend Sunday School so they have introduction to Christ.This video is amazing and Angela speaks and explains so well. I use to attend a yoga studio in Hawaii. I loved it! I stopped going because I moved away. Everything you are saying is absolutely true! The instructor would have us pull an angle card and would also have us listen to some kind of vibrational music… it was a little odd, but I was like ok I guess this is a form of meditation and relaxation, I was completely ignorant to this. They studio instructors were very nice, i honestly think they have no idea of what they are opening up to. No wonder why some people would look at me a little crazy before. I wear a necklace my dad gave me and it looks like a quarter but it has Jesus’s face on it. I had no clue, I am so glad you are sharing this! I remember I would feel a presence and I would call out to Jesus Christ and it would leave me alone. I always remember my grandmother saying the only spirit you give attention to is Jesus Christ. She would talk about how Jesus died on the cross for me and for the world. Her teachings always stayed with me. So when I started doing yoga it was for exercise and relaxation purposes. I am so glad I couldn’t connect with it when I moved to the new state. I would look for a yoga studio and something just didn’t feel right. So I walk outside, it’s free and I am now going to be lifting weights. Thank you Jesus. Please pray for me and my family, amen

Wow! This is amazing! I literally had an interaction with a tarot card reader last sat who believed they were working onto god and helping people. Since then I’ve been asking the Lord to explain to me how it’s possible for people to believe that what they are doing isn’t demonic. Thank you so much for shedding light on this area.
