What do you mean why wouldn't she be entitled to it she paid half the premium on it for 11 years and then the full premium on it for 3 years. And not use it for what it's worth and just keep the money it's only right that she gets half of that money.
@dawnwr305 ай бұрын
@@billmoran3219no she couldn't. You can only sell a policy to a third party if you are😅 the one insured. He's the one insured only he could sell it. She paid half for 11 years and then paid it fully on her own for 3 years the same exact amount that he did. It's only right if he sells it to give her half. without her contribution it wouldn't even exist. in fact she could have just lapsed it completely and not even told him or given him the opportunity to switch it to his name since she was the only obligor at the time. She was kind enough to just transfer it to him so he didn't lose everything that THEY put into it. he could have been nice enough to give her at least something out of it when he decided to sell it instead of use it for its purpose. selfish prick

Everyone with their assumptions that she wants to try to kill him if that was the case she wouldn't have transferred the policy to him. Lol. She was the only beneficiary for those 3 years if she was going to do something she would have by now. And she certainly wouldn't have transferred it to his name. I think a lot of you don't understand that she doesn't have the ability to sell it like he did because you have to also be the one insured to sell to a third party. In fact you have to have both you have to be the one paying it and the one insured. If he was even a somewhat decent human being he would give her something. Without her he wouldnt have it at all. Not only did she pay half for 11 years but then paid it by herself for 3 more years. Since he didn't actually keep it to leave to his children and sold it to a third party it's only right that he gives her something. Keep in mind she could have simply let it lapse rather than allowing him to transfer it into his name and take it over. But she was kind enough to let him take out over so all the out into it was not lost. He's being a greedy asshole

Re Maine "alot of people aren't turning up to this hearing"... reminds me of Gordan Ramsey shows, restaurant owner says "my food is excellent" but i don't know why people aren't coming to the restaurant. When in actual fact, the food is terrible & people aren't going to the restaurant for this reason. Restaurant owner then claims "well no one complained about it before" (to justify terrible food). People wont go to the restaurant as the food is terrible (its easier to just avoid it) & people wont go to hearings or complain to Politicians as the political system is so broken & corrupt (so its easier to just avoid them).
