Your interview skills are absolutely top-notch! If you add a webcam, you could carve out a name for yourself in sports interviews. With your natural personality and unique style, you could interview anyone about anything and make it engaging. The way you showed genuine care for Javon as a person-beyond just the game-opened doors that others who only focus on the game could never get through. Keep up the amazing work, and 2025 is going to be your year!

This is a wide open lane for keeping Buffs fans updated on the player’s progress in life. This interview randomly popped up, so I decided to watch it. I think you did a great job. Against popular opinion, I thought it was better that the camera was off. In today's media space, there are just too many people out there attempting to be "media professionals" without having a clue as to what to do. So.this is a great interview without having to see the interviewer. This made IT JUST about the guest. Besides, you are sticking to YOUR format from what I can tell. As long as the players know who you are and trust you, that's all that matters. Ignore them folks out there who think it's disrespectful disrespectful and all that jazz because at the end of the day, we can't see their face either. Kept stepping out and doing you. And of course, keep sticking to the positive side of interviews because of the end of the day, these are still kids.
@HUNT919TruthSports4 күн бұрын
I REALLY REALLY appreciate your comment. That's a big part of the reason why I was off camera. And that was to make this about the person that I am interviewing and keep it about them and their story. I hate to see interviews where the person interviewing is trying to be the star. They talk over the person etc. I ask the question and I let them speak until they are done. I am glad that see how and why I did it the way that I did it. I believe that we got to know more about Javon and what he's up to. Thank you!

Just a suggestion… if you’re going to do journalism or media have your camera on! That’s disrespectful to a guest. Don’t reference the guest as an Ex such and such. Address them by their name and in this situation his football position. Then introduce him and reference his connection to Colorado. Nobody references people ex “such and such” unless it pertains to a relationship.
@andrewright97394 күн бұрын
Former is a better word to use instead of ex!!! I like your critique,you made some very valid points🙏😊
@HUNT919TruthSports4 күн бұрын
I hear what your saying. But there is a method to my madness. I would never be disrespectful l to me guest ever. Part of the reason not to have my camera on is I wanted this interview and time to be about Javon and his story and his current situation. I hate when interviewers try to be the star of the interview when it's not about them. And the reason that I say EX player is 1 he is an EX Colorado buff player. That's a fact. Also if you follow my channel. My biggest segment is the one that I do called "Ex Colorado Buffs update" I explain this at the beginning of the interview. So I will always address them as Ex Colorado Buffs respectively. I take constructive criticism very well and I do need it. But I also like my format for now.
