I think they will do something about this interaction. Not because it is broken but because it took some time for Amir to finish his turn, thus resulting in a longer fight, AND fill their server with unnecessary long replay into the database. The evidence is the Ana vs. Ana fight. They change how her stack works and manage to make it fair and does not affect the result. Even though Amir's case is not caused by the exact same problem, I still think they will do something about this eventually.
