He is Good especially the hp reduction but i think he has many counter or characters that he struggles with unlike roger and akainu when they dropped. But i do see him being meta for some time.

@@HakaishinYami Actually all the counters against Green EX Roger are the same counter against Green EX Shanks but its harder to hit Shanks in haki state than Roger without such states and no useful knockbackattacks for Roger😉
