One of veery few characters that can do anything against Jabra, i like to use him with Snake because i can switch if i see opponent team stacked with Jabra... however he is weak to Snakes skill 1. I actually destroyed some Rogers V2 with Akainu too

Yeah incineration is still useful against new characters with immunity only against immobilising status effect
