Hey! Nice video! We are glad that you enjoyed our demo of AirportSim. About the stairs... we are working on different solution for connecting the stairs which will be implemented into release version of the game. We believe that it will be better to handle. Also we will be expanding the lists of tasks that are displayed in tablet so they are clear and easier to understand. And we will get rid of bugs - we didn't forget about these. Just small tips when using tablet: On operations click on the aircraft to listed and you will be able to see what tasks to do. On weather tab - in scenario - you are able to control the weather and time We are working hard to deliver good product and we really appreciate your feedback from the video - we will take it into account 😊

Trust me Jeff. 4:54 "The only person out here doing everything else" It really do be like that. Here on Maui our staffing is so short at 3 rampers a day. Then 4 on a good day. It'd be a blessing to have more then 5 rampers a day. Nothing like 13 flights, 3 gate operation and only 3 rampers to do it. Ahhh gotta love the 12+hr shifts lol

Oh man this brings back so many memories. I worked for 7 years out on the ramp. Three years as a ramp agent, gate operations, then ramp super and ground operations lead LAX, Midwest Airlines. One year LAX international ramp lead and pushback driver, Evergreen Eagle. Three years ORD international, ramp supervisor and pushback driver, Evergreen Eagle. This sim looks legit. Can't wait till it fully releases. Multi-player is going to be so much fun. I've had many occasions with multiple flights on the ground, coming in all at once, and stretched thin on agents. Running from gate to gate marshalling in planes. Chocking. and run up to jet bridge. Drive jet bridge to door and open. Run back downstairs and connect power and running to the next gate. The sheer amount of attentiveness and coordination it takes to supervise multiple flights and get them out on time is pure insanity. My mind is still recovering 10 years later. Looking forward to trying this with friends.

Been watching you and others play MSFS and other flight sims forever and i finally gave in and got MSFS last weekend. Really been enjoying it and learning a ton as a know close to nothing about aviation apart from the random bits ive picked up from watching videos so thanks jeff for my newest interest.

Mad respect to you Jeff that you had this as a career. It is terrifying to know how close you have to get to the engines when they wind down. Just being extra careful and fully aware of your surroundings is not enough in my book. I do agree the animations look stellar!!

Really excited about this game as I used to unload/load packages for UPS at our airport many years ago. I mainly did smaller GA planes but, around xmas we would help unload the big boys. The only thing that I noticed that wasn't 100% accurate was we had cones and chokes for everything. The belt loader and tugs had them. I got to marshal in a 777 one night, that was fun. I loved that job because it was very physical. I'm a pretty big guy and I had to crawl into the space normally used for luggage. It was fun though, I learned a lot about aviation in general and that was what really got me interested in planes. UPS has changed the way they do things quite a bit since I worked there (at least at the airport that I worked at). I started shortly after 9/11 and I had to go through a very intense background check. It will be interesting to see what else is added for the release and/or future demo's etc. Something I found out with the scenario....once you are done off loading luggage etc, keep everything the way it is because you will do everything all over again except in reverse order and if you move the equipment back, it bugs it out. I wasn't able to finish the scenario the first time because of that.

As a current ramp agent for Delta, they specifically want the chocks, in their words “rubber to rubber”. Also love this, most of what Delta has and what we get in terms of 737’s are -900ER’s. They’re super picky with weigh and balance, that we’re required to unload the rear cargo first and then the front to keep the A/C from tail tipping.

In Europe or at least at EHAM we dont put cones at the nose and tail. Maybe one at the tail so we know Water service has been performed. Just as that you dont wait until the engine has fully spoiled down. As long as the beacon light has been turned off it is enough
