This isn’t a real scenario. Anyone in a vegetative state..cannot eat or drink, cannot relieve themselves, therefore cannot survive. A person unconscious would need hospitalized to be able to survive while in a vegetative state.

Yen Nhi is amazing. She works so hard and does not let herself rest for even a moment to support her family. How she makes do with what she finds in nature was very interesting to watch. However, adding the scenario of her husband becoming a vegetable from motorcycle accident leaves a bad taste. I don’t believe it. Yen Nhi and her daughter walks on the same road he did, just fine but a man without a child to watch out for, gets hit so easily, is far fetched.
