What a beautiful and emotional interview experience. 😢 Chaba you really touch our hearts❤❤❤. My parents and I enjoyed it so much! 😊 Karen, I felt the same way what am I doing here in the cong. I just felt awkward and would say to myself something doesn't seem right!! I really thank God my first shepherd call was given to me in January and it was a reason because even though it was so negative, God and Jesus Christ helped me to rethink and research all the facts of this organization. Glad we all woke up!!! You and Chaba really made my day today and my eyes got watery but it was a good thing, because you both show so much feelings and so caring! I don't have too much friends, but getting to know you both in KZbin I feel like I know you both for quite sometime. I hope someday I can meet ya'll in person and my family and I can meet you too! I am halfway through. And you bring out an excellent point Karen. My aunt had that attitude as well when she knew there was no hell fire. She said she’d just let Armageddon roll over her and she just do whatever she felt like in the meantime. Charles Davis is a former Roman Catholic scholar, writer and priest. His book of question of conscience brought up the point That when someone is in it with their whole heart and they realize it’s wrong those are the ones that leave. Too many don’t care. I see such a hypocritical self righteousness within the organization and have for years, as well as appalling apathy and depraved indifference , and I kept hearing in my head revelation, 18. And I realize now it was the same situation as when the angels had to grab them out of Sodom and Gomorrah. Jesus grabbed my hand and pulled me and thankfully, my immediate family out. As for those who become atheist, it makes me think of the scriptures where the Pharisees were being rebuked because they moved heaven and earth to make one proselyte, and then they made them twice the subject for Gehenna

I said exactly the same Karen, when i saw majority become atheists after leaving WT, I strongly questioned whether their hearts were for God at all... were they a JW for God at all. And so it makes me think, logically and statistically that most JWs also are not in for God or Jesus, they are just in the Borg for a social place. And as we know a cult is not a good social place for anybody.

I became agnostic for a time, but felt I had went too far. I did live my life as if God didn’t exist though because I was angry after all I had learned. I have mentioned to my brother before that it seems as if the organization is a social club. Great points and really makes me think! Thank you.

The are a lot of PIMO you didn't mention the elders and m/s who are and would never leave because in the KH they have a position of authority and sadly for some people its intoxicating. That's why you have to admire Ray Franz he got to the ultimate position in JW world but he didn't agree with many teachings that's a true mark of a Man
