Absolute legend. Another great interview Shaun. The police of today are too busy arresting people for breaking covid rules, calling someone names or looking after criminals rather than arresting criminals. Got an email yesterday from my boys school saying that one of the teachers was arrested for kiddy fiddling on 6th January. They only told us yesterday because the press had got hold of it and was releasing the story last night. He is in custody, but they didn't have the descency to tell us parents straight away. Both the school and police keeping it quiet. This sort of thing needs to be aired straight away, so that parents can speak with their children. I dare say that a poor child has had to suffer in silence for a month more than needed to. I really hope I'm wrong on that though.

What a fascinating insight into (to be fair we of a certain age have always known) police corruption surrounding child sex trafficking. Jon is obviously a very brave man. Netflix should do a documentary on this issue instead of boring us with the Harkles then perhaps something would be done. Brilliant as usual Shaun.

At one time they used to send "naughty boys and girls" to industrial schools where they all learnt a trade. They criticise this system but at least the children had a trade for their future life. If you're in "care" today, it's virtually an early death sentence. Jon Wedger is a total hero. He should make TV programmes and expose everything he's discovered about our corrupt society.

This is a message for jon wedger. Hi. I have a disabled brother who is 39 this year but when he was a child he was a resident for respite care in a carehome in bedlington in northumberland that was closed down because of the consistant abuse provided by the support workers who were employed by the social services in the 1990's. My brother is classed as a vulnerable individual and a prime target as he is braindamaged and is deaf and has very little speech. So as you can imagine when the abuse started because of his condition he wasnt able to come to any of us to say what was going on at the time. As his family we had no idea what was happening to him and for how long it lasted. Because of the respite we were given as i worked full time as a carer and my mum was a widow with a young son with complexed needs she had a tough time with him on her own as my job was working away. How we found out about the abuse was we had returned from a weeks holiday in blackpool and arrived home to a phonecall from the staff member on duty that day. She told my mum that my brother had thrown a toy up in the air and it had come back down and blacked his eye. My mums face became very angry and very quickly she became aggitated and terrified because she knew her son very well and knew that with his behaviours thats one thing hed never do is throw things because he is still a sweetheart. As you can imagime none of us got any sleep that night and the next morning id returned home from my nightshift to find my poor mum frantic at home waiting on his return home . My brother had dissappeared upstairs to his room and as he did our care manager and social worker arrived too. Mums cousin called in for a visit to see if we had enjoyed our break away so i shouted upstairs for my brother to come down and see his family. My mum had said to her look at his eye. What shocked us even more and made me want to vomit was i had seen this even bigger bruise in between his shoulder blades which was the size of someones fist. I screamed out, nevermind his eye, you havent seen his bloody back.of course he had to turn around to show my mum the size of his bruise on his back. I, as his only sister saw red and the anger rose in me and i could feel myself about to explode. I was so pleased that we had loads of professional witnesses in our home at the time and within the next 12 hours that followed a huge investigation had begun. I lost my job because another carer had told me on the nightshift that his mum had worked at this home but had kept a diary about the abuse and had been so diatraught she was on the sick for her nerves. So of course when i found this out we called out our care manager and i told him what he had said the night before. He then turned up at their home where her husband turned up at my work making a complaint against me for whistleblowing. My brother had been getting abused for montha yet i was the one who lost my job. A few days later the manager of my brothers carehome turned up at my home for a meetimg with myself and my mum. He sat and never spoke and allowed the community nurse to do the talking and not once did he apologies for what had occured. I was so angry that i got up and left the room because i was scared to let rip and tell him my thoughts on the matter. It wasnt my place it was my mums. The home made the national news and newspapers an it was widely recognised for its horrific behaviour. Im sending you this message because i feel that justice should be done on my brothers behalf. Its the least he deserves.

What Jon Wedger is saying in his description of the UK police is 100% bang on, in comparison with the UK replacement police of diversity they're unrecognisable as police, they're unquestioning uninvestigating National embarrassments I have no respect for the replacement police of diversity I had respect for their predecessors. It's astonishing how much damage the Home Office has done to the UK police. Desperately trying to fix something that wasn't broken. The Home Office needs to be abolished. For its incompetency it couldn't arrange a p1ss up in a brewery.

Now we live in a world of whistleblowers and people willing to challenge the status quo I just feel so conflicted with where the real truth lies -- somewhere in the middle usually. I like to think logically and try to remove emotion from my problem solving. I would usually employ the principles of Occam's razor for example, but in these turbulent times, I feel less persuaded by that science. Nevertheless, the work this man is doing for vulnerable young people should be applauded. It stands to reason that p@edophilia exists in every walk of life, and it has been observed that these kinds of people are attracted to the kinds of jobs where they either have access to children or have access to affecting the publics perception of it -- it's not dirty old men wearing raincoats, it's anyone anywhere in any job/career. It has also been suggested that some p@edophilies work together, so it stands to reason thar this kind of conspiracy is not that far from the truth. Either way, the realities of life can be darker than dark, which is why we must fight to stand in the light.

@@Lyndanet it wasn't anything to do with sex it was more to do with the fact she was normal after being dead for 20 minutes and Jon here was saying about his son being on life support which is like hope and faith in tubes and respirators. Still I agree but if someone is a horrid child molester than everyone should know.🙏🌿

@@stephenuhe9229I’m not debating anything you’re stating . I just was being snarky and really didn’t like hearing the phrase” a dead prostitute found floating in the water “ that was mentioned in the beginning of the interview. The acquisition of such a desensitized approach to the loss of life upsets me on such a deep level I can barely articulate a response to it . It was not meant to devalue the good nature and high values you uphold to which your comment reflects and I ask that you pardon any offense taken from my earlier statement. May you and yours grow well in the expression of such a kind heart as yours.

It would be wonderful if someone further investigated the disappearance of Ruth Wilson, the Surrey schoolgirl.
