Former Memphis Police officer Desmond Mills pleaded guilty Thursday morning to federal charges and has agreed to plead guilty to state charges in the death of Tyre Nichols, the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office said.

It doesn't work that way in court, he is an eyewitness that is cooperating with the prosecution. His testimony will convict the others slam dunk while he gets a fraction of what the other four get....@@karinaz8756

I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a low prison sentence. Here's why I say this it's because he's a cop and cops always get low sentences.

He’s black, there’s video that doesn’t belong to the cops, and OBVIOUSLY they’ve all done this before. They’re asking for 15 I say he does 10. He is coming forward so he can go to a Federal prison vs a state prison.
