Great interview! Yes crime needs to be dealt with but Quotas still and will always exist! Captains will retaliate against officers who don’t produce and shake the tree (command) to get what he wants! No overtime, change of tours etc..

I applauded this man for standing up against a bigger enemy. Just curious on why he joined the anti crime unit if he wasn't about the numbers as a cop.
