@@logicalthinker483 Hey sure. Both the rounds of the interview only had behavioural type questions. Round 1 - Introduce yourself - Tell me a time where you coached a team/ person: explained enthusiastically about my teaching assistant experience. - Tell me a time where you had to face data insufficiency problem: explained about my own project struggles and the way I positioned it right now. - Tell me a time where you had to deal with data probelms: told about my internship experiences. (These questions are asked from my own resume, I pressume) - How will you manage the friction from your teammates and colleagues for alternative innovative idea in the place of traditional method: discussed about self evaluation and risk analysis Round 2 1. Introduction 2. How will you handle senior technicians who are not listening to you?: Told about being compassionate and realistic about relationship development; constant perseverance. 3. Your product got delayed because of a wrong formulation of your product, how will you face the clients: Apologizing and owning the mistake. Setting realistic deadline and being transparent with teammates. 3. Given that you have diverse knowledge in many fields of stats, medicine, biotech and air quality, how will you fit in P&G: told about the ability to learn and adapt on the site. Be it behaviour or situational, I always backed it up with a small anecdotes. I showed enthusiasm and hunger for learning and growing in each of my answers. These small incidents should reflect the hardworking nature of yourself.

I prepared myself by watching all the videos on this channel regarding P&G - I also read a lot about the company on the website to know what is important to p&g how the culture is like etc. to be able to adapt my answers to it.. Elimination: I had my first interview, at the end of the interview the interviewer told me that I did well and that there will be two more interviews… The HR then contacted me and congratulated me for having a good first interview and sent me the invitation for zhe next two interviews. The two interviewers then told me that all three will sit together and discuss my answers and discuss if I was a good fit for the company…. So I cannot really say if each round is an elimination round… but just give your best in all of the interviews and make a good impression ^^ maybe @Bahroz Abbas can say more to this topic…

Thank you for this great content, very knowledgeable and relevant as I prepare for my interview. Can the interviewer ask more than one question/situation for the same Peak Performance factor? Asking to know if I should have more than one example prepared for the same factor for a single round of interview. Can the same question/factor question be asked by the other interviewer in future rounds? If so, can I repeat the same example that I shared with the interviewer in previous round?

Hi thanks for reaching out… it would be an extreme rarity is the interviewer ask two questions for same peak unless he was not satisfied with the first answer… Yes all interviewers can end up asking the same question so you can repeat the examples but do throw in some variety when possible…

Hello Bahroz, Thank you so much For all your videos it helped me a lot! I studied all of your videos. I have a question though because I couldn’t find any information online - I just got the information that I have passed all of the previous steps of my recruitment process (online assessment and two interviews with 3 mangers in total) and they believe I’m a good match for P&G and invited me for an “informal fit interview” with the manager - have you heard about something like this? Is it a good sign? Should I expect the same questions as before? :)

@@bahroz Hi, Bahroz. I had my final interview on Sep 18th, 2023. The interview was scheduled for 90 mins by HR but only stood for 60 mins with the VP and another mgr. Is this a bad sign? How long would the candidate be to hear from the final result? Thank you

@@bahroz Thank you for your response. I applied for sales intern position :D I got both situational and behavioral question in the previous 2 interviews. Only the 3rd interview was dismissed early without situational question.

I was wondering, if the first and second interview is in the same format, and the interviewer will ask behavioral and situational question under the 5 peak performance, then is it possible that they'll ask the same question and I can use the same answer from my 1st interview?

Thanks for reaching out… Key elements to providing feedback are. 1- make sure it’s recent. 2- make sure it comes across with positive intention ie to get better. 3- give examples to illustrate as against just calling out the issue say where and how you observed it 4- suggest it’s impact and how it can help the individual if improved. Ps. Would be good to ask the interviewer if he / she wants you to share example of a positive ie strength feedback that you gave or negative ie opportunity…. You don’t want to jump into negativity without seeking that clarification… Let me know if this helps…

During the last interview the interviewer asked a question on why I'm applying to this position and why P&G (possibly due to the fact that I'm applying for a position where I have no previous experience in). Do you have any advice on answering this question?

Hi Bahroz, thank you so much for this video. I had the first interview last Wednesday Nov 9th and they told me that they would let me know if I got a second interview in a week or less than a week. What happens if they don't contact me after a week? Should I reach out? Do they usually contact you in less than a week after the first interview or what is the normal time that they get back to you? Hi expect to be contacted in a weeks time… if the don’t contact you in max 10 days follow up and reach out… Net net you will be contacted… Happy to answer any questions and help more…

As long as you have a graduate degree p&g is open to take candidates for almost of their managerial roles… marketing, sales, operations… even if you have a medical degree… Once you clear their test they assume you have the understanding and knowledge to do the job…

Such a relief 😭 Just for the statistics: I was automatically invited for the Online Assessment right after applying and finished it 5 days later. In two weeks, I was contacted by the recruiter with some questions (related to my documents). After 1,5 weeks, I took my first interview; in 2 more weeks - the second one; in 1 week - the third one. The questions were all from your examples and were mostly repeated across all three interviews. Can't thank you enough! And good luck for everyone, I believe in you 🍀

To whoever is reading this, definitely listen and take notes well on this area. Bahroz is extremely knowledgeable and I just concluded my final interview with a senior director and the questions asked were identically similar to this. Review of my experience : - 2 behavioural questions were asked (1 exactly from this video, another one based on my recent project but this was more of ' what did you do and tell me about your project' ; not so much on the behavioural aspect) followed by 2 situational - one on competing deadlines, priorities - --> I structured this as listing out based on impact, resources and then working at it. The follow-up question was if the manager says all are important. I just emphasised perseverance and working on it. Tied it back to a similar example where a last minute deadline had us scrambling to find a solution. So I mentioned it to not give up basically, keep working on it, ask for resources (e.g. more help) if needed or if the scope needs to be narrowed to deliver in time then to do so. If there's a setback, to acknowledge and learn from It but not give up. The other question was specific about a process "to double the efficiency of a plant. how to address potential concerns and what are they?" later on it was added on how to manage if the workers feel it's a job-cutting method (e.g. increased efficiency means fewer people) --> I structured it under the bring out our best peak factor, by saying to be non-confrontational, listen to them, address their pain points and explain the intention and purpose behind this efficiency and try to allay their fears that it's not a job-cutting hidden as an efficiency exercise. only surprise was at the end after I'd asked my questions that the interviewer asked me back " what would you say makes u a good fit for P&G" --> for this I structured it based on how I understood the job description (analytical, problem solving as well as good stakeholder management). I tied it back to my education and experience + for the stakeholder management I aligned it with the bring our our best peak performance by saying to have a good working r/s, help out even if it's not my task, build a strong trust/rapport etc.

Would like to express my thanks to you for making this video as it was quite helpful especially for the first round interview I went through recently. Just finished my first round interview last Friday and panel interview this Tuesday and got the offer/follow-up emails from HR just 2hours after the interview ended for both rounds which was quite surreal as I expected it to take 7-10days between each round. Hi Barhoz, thank to your video, I passed the online assessment and Im going to have the first interview on next Monday. I watched your video and understood what you suggest to answer these questions. However, my position that I applied for is a trainee. I personally dont have much experience or get involved many projects. How should I come up with those projects to answer those questions which you mentioned? Another question is how can I deal with these specific questions which I cant able or lack experience/knowledge to answer. Ex: I was asked by another manager when I applied another job in another company. The question was about how could I deal with an urgent tasks which should deliver in one week. There was an issue about tasks and I cant ask other seniors because they were away. But I need to make a decision. Then he kept asking - what if when you tried to convince client that the tasks will delivery late becuz of missing the final decision from the manager but the client didnt want to delivery late. What would you do? And I stucked here I couldnt answer it. I simply and honestly response "I was not in this situation ever, I couldn't come up with a suitable answer"

Hello, Bahroz! I am preparing for a potential recruitment process and will be subscribing to your services (preparation sessions) shortly. However, I have a question. A year ago, I applied for two internships, but the online assessment was not successful. On the platform, the application submission date is 10/24/2023. I’ve seen other interesting positions, but I haven’t applied yet because I’m waiting for exactly 12 months to pass so that I can retake the online assessment. Should I apply now or wait? How does the process for retaking the online assessment work: do they send the link again? Should I create a new account with a new email? Lastly, is it advisable for me to apply as soon as the position opens or does that not make a difference? Thank you!

Bahroz had insights such as less senior individuals will most likely follow the booklet of questions for the interview and he was right. I had questions straight from the book that Bahroz has outlined in this and his second part video. I also felt very good on introducing myself and asking questions thanks to him. Hi Bahroz, Thank you very much for the knowledge shared; it helped a great deal. I applied for a position with P&G, did the assessments and passed, did the first interview and passed also, and did the second interview. However, I got a message saying I also successfully passed the second interview but can’t be given an offer. The reason for this was not made clear. I would like to know if you know any reason why it was so and if anything could be done to rectify it. Thanks again!

Hi thanks for checking it’s best to prove with them as I can only guess… If you said anything about value or ethics that was not morally or with P&G’s ethics… that is where they call off the process… Otherwise the position may have been filled already or may have closed out and not available any more…

Hi Bahroz, After watching through your content and preparing for my two P&G interviews accordingly, I'm pleased to let you know that I've just been offered a position. Thank you very much for leveraging your experience to help aspiring candidates like myself. The interview followed a literally identical structure to what you presented, and the questions relating to each peak performance factor were very similar to what you outlined. In my final panel interview, I will say that the situational questions weren't so much generic hypotheticals like the ones shown in the video, they were more specific case studies. For example, I was asked: "Let's say you're receiving a shipment of new moisturisers, but suddenly the ship carrying the products spills them overboard causing major delays. The distributor is still expecting to receive your new products by the same date - they will not budge their timeline. How would you deal with this?" Thanks again for all your help.

First and foremost congrats… also as I mention in the videos there are some seasoned interviewers who do like to break out of the standard questioning every now and then and that is what must have happened here… net the idea is to stick to peak performance factors in your response.. So here you need to factor in clear communication, share the impact, share options / solutions, etc…

If you fail the interview then you wait 12 months if you clear the interview but didn’t get shortlisted cause there were better candidates then you can apply for any other role

Hi thanks for reaching out… I think the challenging part here are the words “comfort zone”….. don’t take it in literal terms… May be think of a project that you did out side your direct work and scope.. say it was not entirely out of comfort zone but something that I don’t work on regular basis… and then give your example… Let me know if that makes sense…

Hi thanks for reaching out…. They have no incentive of miss informing you… if you didn’t clear the interview they can simply tell you that what incentive would they have to make an excuse.. hence I would simply take their word that position is closed and apply for a new position….

Hello, I have a question if my answer in one category is rather wordy and provides an example in another category how does that play out? 80% of the cases they will use the same example to address two categories…. If not then you can always bring back the example and explain the part and highlight the part that addresses the other category

Hi Bahroz, I found this video super helpful as I passed the first round of the interview! Can you please tell if the 2nd round/final round will also have the same format? Also I read some comments here that talk about resume-specific questions being asked too, are there any new questions I could expect like those (from your current knowledge and your students)? Hey Bahroz, thank you so much for your videos- I passed the online assessments. Now for the interview, I was wondering if I'd be asked around 2-3 questions under each PEAK factor like you shared in this video or only 1 question per factor? Coz in that way I'll be giving same example 2-3 times. Please let me know!

I suggest not to go in details on and when it’s asked or required for your example to be fully understood

Hello Bahroz, Does every question needs to be answered with a brand new example? I mean can I have the same example to answer 4-5 of the questions, by highlighting the different aspects of my answer that answer the question. Will it affect the quality of how I am being evaluated? I am a young graduate with only about 1 year of professional experience in the form internships and with only 2 important projects under my belt where I worked in a team and accomplished something. Thank you in advance!!

Hi rishi thanks for reaching out… The total interview will have at best 5 to 6 questions…. So if you use 1 example to answer all the questions that won’t work… ideally use different examples so you can show how rich your experiences are… if you don’t have an example max max use one example to answer two questions and do this only once… If you don’t have lots of professional experiences use experiences from your college or even personal life… Hope that helps let me know if you have further questions.

Great videos, well explained how to answer questions and what recruiters expect. You still need to prepare yourself and find examples from your own life, but they show well what to expect at the interview. I got a job offer yesterday and can safely recommend these videos. They won't go through the recruitment process for you, but they will really prepare you for what to expect.

haiii Bahroz!!! today was my second round interview and I'm from remote area due to some climate change there was no good signal and interviewer was bit disappointed he said "don't repeat the same mistake on your 3rd interview" does it impact on my profile in recruiting process? and also I would like to thank you just because you I cracked online assessment and faced 2 interviews.

Hello Sir. Can you please elaborate the approach to the last situation question? How to answer if a follow back question arises that "don't you think there will be an emotional situation in this context? A bunch of senior members who had been using this legacy thing for a long time nd now a new hire walks in and says he/she has a new approach to the problem ?" Also Sir, if a question arises which says there is a negative minded coworker, everyone says he has a negative attitude to everything. One day he suddenly walks in a conference room and starts shouting at you for something. How will you deal with it

Remember always to mention 1) power of data… 2) power of listening to understand… 3) power of laying down options with pros and cons.. To your second question you need to separate your self from that place to calm things down… the idea is not to lose it and be calm and only engage when emotions are lowered.. Hope this helps…

Given that some of these are so similar, would it be a bad idea to give the same example more than once? for instance, if the example of leadership is the same as the example for increasing productivity?

I don't have any experience working outside of food service and wanted to know if you have any insight on specific questions that may be asked for a technician position? Also, if I don't have many professional examples to give are examples from other aspects of my life (school, organizations, charity work, etc) appropriate to use when answering interview questions?

Hi yes it does apply for engineering internships as well… this is a standard p&g interviewing format for all hiring… there might be an additional step of technical interview but that would be specifically called out

Thanks for creating this amazing content, Bahroz. It's super helpful, esp as it helps build confidence. Had my 1st round of interviews today, and the questions were the same as the examples you shared - super standard - right off the guide type. I feel the interview went alright, not bad at all. I had a quick question and was hoping you could share some insight - the panel only asked me 4 questions (no question from champion productivity) and no situational questions at all. I feel my answers were fairly well and quite engaging, but with 10 mins left, they passed it on to me for q&a. Is it a bad sign? What would you say this might mean in terms of how the interview went? Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

An interview shorter than 1 full hour with less questions typically means you did great and they got all they wanted in 45mins so they didn’t feel like asking more… Happy to answer more question or help with your prep.. stay in touch and more importantly keep me posted… Best of luck

Hey Bahroz, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share an update and possibly pick your brain about it, if you don't mind. 🙏 After the 1st panel, the interviewers said I'd hear from HR within 7-10 days. So, I followed up with them today. I'm interviewing at other places as well and expecting to get an offer from one of the places this week, hence wanted to nudge P&G folks a bit to get some clarity. I got a reply in a few hours saying they want to set up a 15 min connect with thsi week. No other detail. I asked but didn't get a response to that specifically. I'm probably going to find out in the next couple of days obviously, but the curiosity is killing me. 😑 Do you have "any" clue what's coming my way? P.S. add. context: position I applied for is not entry level, it's mid management (Sr. Mgr role).

Hey Bahroz, thank you for all these videos they are extremely helpful. I have one questions regarding the success factors. when answering the questions using the CAR format, should we relate to the 5 main success factors or dive deeper and relate to the sub factors in each of the main factors? For example, if ive identified that the a question is under lead with courage, should i focus on relating it to one or two of the below? it can also relate to all of them right? -Focus Externally -Make Clear Choices -Take Smart Risks -Be Decisive -Face Reality

Hi thanks for reaching out… yes it’s ok… but make sure to highlight a different aspect of the example that is asked in the question…. Plus I suggest don’t do it more than once other wise it may just end up being two or three examples at max that you get a chance to share…

Hi Bahroz. I qualified for the interview round for the P&G internship. Just binge-watching your P&G related videos now to prepare myself 😃These videos are super helpful - Thank you so much! Hope it goes well *fingers crossed* I do have a few questions - considering I'm a university student with not much work experience, is it okay to use academic project related examples? I worry it may not seem as impactful, since few of them are just small examples. Secondly, is it okay to use the same example for more than one question?

Hi thanks for reaching out… no that is not a typical p&g interview question… the question that you can expect is introduce your self so prepare for that… I have a video coming on that too so stay tuned… but in short don’t give a resume run down tell a story about your self, your journey etc… make it interesting…
