It’s similar, but not the same. The 1994 FW16 had a 3.5L V10 (RS6 engine model) and revved to around 14,000rpm, the 1997 FW19 had a 3.0L V10 (RS9 engine model) and could rev higher to around 17,000rpm 🙂

man i remember these things turning yellow after about 5 laps of sitting behind faster cars. the next year they switched to 'winfield' with the kangaroo on it for some reason. yeah we do 'winnies' in australia but back in those days us kids bought winnie BLUES from the milk bar around the corner from school, not reds, and it would have looked far less awful. crap car anyway.
