Something is definitely wrong here. Why would she ask her husband "Did you say too much"? Very fishy.

TruthSeeker08 that and her web searches about hot car death and how hot does a car get, ya that sealed any doubt for me. I’m sure if Ross could just admit to premeditatedly killing cooper he would just tell the full story of her involvement! But he will never do that. He will take it to his grave and so will she sadly! Rip cooper

I mean, idk that it's weird for her to say that. I've been detained by cops for simply admitting to being suicidal, frankly even innocent people can land themselves in some deep trouble for simply saying too much to a cop, it can determine their future. So asking if someone said too much is not really a big deal imo

In the interrogation room when they talked for the first time, He was crying his eyes out and she said don’t worry about me, “I’m perfect” 😮. That meeting was so bizarre, I’m almost thought the police asked her to be nice to him to get more info out of him. Sad!

This is the 2016 version of the Salem Witch Trial. A person doesn't comply to your expectation of showing emotion, so they're guilty, that is fucked up. There are 100's of forgotten children killed in these fucked up rear facing child seats I'll give you the exact fucking number: 315 in the last 15 years. I was fooled by the fucking scumbag prosecution. Harris DID NO HOT CAR COMPUTER SEARCHES, THERE WAS NO STENCH OF DEATH COMING FROM HIS SUV. The facts of this case leading to the Harris death are nearly identical to Judge Naramore killing his son, except he had a far smaller vehicle but wasn't a cheating sleaze like Harris. I watched about 5 minutes of a gal talking about giving Harris a blow job in a video. JUST WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THIS GUY KILLING HIS SON IF HE WASN'T TALKING ABOUT LIFE WITHOUT HIS SON? The Appeals Court must overturn this verdict, it's a miscarriage of justice. I predict when that occurs there will be a plea of guilty to negligent homicide for time served because there is NOTHING showing criminal intent. BTW, Judge Naramore was found not guilty of that misdemeanor charge.

"Did you say too much?" is all I needed to hear. Plus, NO TEARS. She is a liar. I believe she knew damn well he was going to do this. She said so at the daycare. "He must have left him in the car". Who thinks that right off the bat? NOBODY, that's who. You would think he kept him home or fell asleep or got sick. Then, to top it all off, she states at his funeral that she would not bring him back if she could. WHAT? She KNEW. She is his accomplice. She is lucky there was no physical evidence on her. Crazy lucky.

Tracey Tyson You would be screaming how how how instead of hugging comforting and worrying about the husband that left your child accidentally or not.....had he ever done this before hence why she said he must have left him in the car? Seems to me, that part of the incident is not important. The interviewer should have asked why did you instantly thought he had left the child in the car? I would like to see her face. She was chewing gum during court proceedings....very weird couple.

I don't know about this case, but why do people keep comparing it with that? In most cases (true accidents) it is not about forgetting your own child, it's being convinced with every fiber of your body that you already dropped of your child at daycare, kindergarten, school etc. It's autopilot gone wrong, they thought the children were safe at their destination.. They drive that way every day, every day the same routine, get the children into the car, drive to "destination", drop the children of, drive to work. Every day. Then one devastating and disastrous morning it goes wrong, maybe the other parent called to remind them to buy milk, something in that crucial moment where they were about to drop of the children, they hang up the phone and pick up the routine, glicthing, thinking the children just got dropped of at "destination" now it's the drive to work. The children are safe now, they can see it clearly in their minds, after all it is the same thing every day, they've done it a thousand times before. They can even imagine the goodbye's and the "have a good day". They don't look back because in their mind there's nothing to look back at. It can happen to anyone, it can happen you and me. Luckily for most people when we "glicth" and autopilot it's about small not important things, no one gets hurt when we are being "just" humans, tired and distracted at the wrong moment of time. Some are not that lucky.

your hysteria caused by too much, or not enough meds? How gullible are you ?Most of the people aren't even charged because they are not murdering their kid intentionally, this one did.1,No one puts a 2 year old child in a rear facing seat! How uncomfortable for the baby to have his legs screwed up against the seats like that. He placed Cooper in a car seat he had outgrown moths ago even though they had previously replaced it with a larger, forward facing car seat appropriate for his size. 2,the plain visibility of the baby and car seat from the driver seat and every angle immediately outside the car is very damaging. 3,That he admitted to having an unusual preoccupation with hot car deaths and watched videos and public service announcements on hot car deaths less than a week prior to his sons death, 4,that he took out a second life insurance policy for $25,000 on Cooper 3 weeks before the incident, that he was immediately concerned with filing the life insurance claim , only 2 days after the death

At or around 12:30 P.M.Harris, got lunch at a Publix nearby, then proceeded to a nearby Home Depot store located on Cumberland Parkway, where he purchased light bulbs. When he returned to his SUV Home Depot parking lot, he opened the driver's side door and placed the bulbs in the car.Connor was already dead, and he knew it,the odor was so strong, but he just walked back to his office. Seven hours after initially leaving Cooper in the SUV, at 4:16 P.M., he returned to the vehicle and drove it away from the office,At this point his car had a very, very strong odor,so why did he drive a few miles from his office parking lot before pulling over into the shopping center?? -The inside of the car "smelled like the odor of death," Cobb County police Capt. James Ferrell testified, - two other Cobb police officers have testified they also detected a strong smell inside Harris’ SUV. One of them, Capt. James Ferrell, preceded Grimstead on the witness stand Wednesday. Ferrell said he noticed an odor at the shopping center parking lot when standing close to the opened driver’s side door. He then stuck his head in and took a sniff. “It was a combination of smells,” Ferrell testified. “It smelled like sweat. It smelled like a diaper, because those diapers smell like diapers. And then it smelled like the odor of death.” www.al.com/news/birmingham/index.ssf/2016/10/car_cooper_harris_died_in_smel.html

Congrats man you fooled yourself! Which is ok because at least you can't blame anyone else but yourself. Just because some child murderer did not get convicted it is not an excuse to let all the murderers go just because there was someone else who was not convicted for the same crime. It is sad, but sometimes it happens, that they can't convict someone due to lack of evidence or whatsoever. , However, even though that happens it does not mean it is right. I do believe every murderer should rot in jail/and hell. This filth murdered his son intentionally, but even if he did not do it intentionally, I couldn't care any less. If you are unable to look after a child, don't have one. So, he forgot his son for 7 long hours, sure, naturally, have you ever forgot that you have a mother/ father / or siblings? No? Then how can you forget about your child? When my kids are going on holiday I am cooking just the same as if they were at home, and at night I am going to check on them. Then I realize, ops they are not at home... You can't forget them. The children are constantly on your mind. You keep repeating there was no smell in the car, lol have you been ever around a child who is wearing a nappy? Especially when you are sitting in the car with them and they peed, suddenly the whole car would be filled with the smell of the nappy and the pee. And this baby was in the car for 7 hours! He soiled himself (pooped, urinated, sweating) and you are try to telling us there was no smell? Congrats you are ready for your Darwin award,be proud!!

This mother was in on it. As a mom to 2 little girls, I could not imagine.. even if it was an accident I still would not be able to forgive my husband.. losing a child is one of the hardest things a parent will ever and should never go through. How calmly she is about it. No tears. ‘Did you say too much?’ Who says that after there precious baby died inside of a hot hot hot car. A HORRIBLE way to die. I just don’t get it. I would kill myself out of grief if this happened to my son. Fake ass tears. I hope they're both haunted for the rest of their miserable lives. She wasn't the one that left him in the car but there's more to this story that we'll never know. She was in on it in my opinion. You're first thought at daycare is that he must of left him in the car??? Really? My first thought would be that maybe they spent the day together. Come on now.. It's so easy for someone outside the situation to judge, especially when one of the accuesed is not getting angry and instead choosing to be forgiving. Because it's much easier for people to get angry and hate someone than it is to forgive them. But you have no idea how she's feeling, there's no way you could know unless you talked to her yourself. I grew up thinking my dad was a good parent, and thought his anger came from good points that he just didn't know how to say the right way. However now that I'm older I'm more accepting of the bad things he's done. Whether or not Ross did this on purpose. The mother may truly feel that there's no way he could've done it on purpose, she's known him for so long so there's nothing wrong with feeling that way. Because now if it truly was just an accident she'll feel good knowing she kept her faith in him, and if it was on purpose eventually something he does will trigger her to realize it for herself.

I feel like this comment section's logic is "I wouldn't react that way, therefore she's guilty!" I only see a confused, drained and emotionally broken mother and wife who cannot verbalize or express her emotions effectively. That, and numbing ("Did you say too much?"; Her feeling numbed from what happened to her son and appearing apathetic) are results of extensive grief. I don't think this woman deserves to be hung from the gallows without complete fact and evidence to prove she was a part of this scheme to kill her baby boy.

It’s not the movies where u immediately grieve. It takes me a long time to process death. The day after my bro was murdered, I went to school. I didn’t cry at his funeral. People forget that a funeral is just a few days after. It took me 3 weeks before I started to really take it hard. I then went through panic attacks.

I don’t believe a word from her. That question to Ross, “did you say too much?” wasn’t the only suspicious comment. If you watch longer interrogation videos, she said a lot more. She said “can I ask you a weird question?... can we have more children?”. It’s not about her being in shock. She was not in shock. At this point, she knew that her 22 month old son died after being left in her husbands car, by her husband. Someone in shock wouldn’t be all lovey-dovey with the one person who was responsible for your child’s death. They just wouldn’t. I find that hard to believe. in that heat, a 5 hour old dead body would have an odor in a closed car.

When I first heard the story Leanna said things that seemed questionable. Per her comments at daycare she said that Ross must of forgotten to drop him off. Also, Ross went to the car while still at work to put something inside. When he left from work, certainly some kind of odor would have been in the car. His looking up information on hot car deaths, prior to that day, is suspicious. When she first saw him in jail, her son had just died; yet she was more interested in what he said. Her reactions to Ross leaving child in car showed no emotion but concern as to what he said. Why? Did she feel guilt thinking that Ross would mention that she had prior knowledge of the event? Is this why she is eager to defend him? Was it planned that she would defend him? Even as his trial was held, her emotions of grief and anger were minimal. I feel the way she reacted and claimed how great of a father he was that they both thought he would not be found guilty. I don’t think either are innocent. No justice in his exoneration.

Who put him in the car seat ? How do you forget you put your baby in the car seat? And if your wife put him in, you must of at least been in the car. The wife doesn't blame the husband , she probably had something to do with it Poor innocent baby

He also went in the car on his lunch break while the baby had been in there baking like 4-6 hours already and conveniently didn’t notice.even though he researched hot car death the day before

She sound stupid. He's having AFFAIRS,complaining about being a husband and father, and watching a video of leaving a child or pet in the car....but he wasn't maliciously planning to kill their child...Doesn't make sense.

Ugh, the comments here. I swear you can measure someone's intelligence simply by observing how quickly they will jump to judgment just as soon as a child is involved in anything. None of you actually know this woman or her life.

I’m not buying her reasoning, I don’t have kids but I know the last thing I’ll be asking my husband after the death of our son that’s his fault is “did you say too much?” That child deserved better parents!

No it couldn't happen to anyone. I care enough about my babies to put them first. My needs are secondary including work. I make sure my kids are safe and THEN i would go about my day. Also there has been enough of this crap happening so even when I know my child isn't with me or i dropped them off somewhere I always check the back of the car before getting out.

She should also go to jail. Her son died . But she is more concentrated on other less important things. She is 50 percent responsible for what happened.

"DID YOU SAY TOO MUCH?" COME ON!!!! Her son is disappeared, she says her husband could have left the baby forgotten in the back seat of his car and a detective calls her to tell her that something really bad has happened. And she sits there sipping coffee as if NOTHING. They are two monsters.

I don’t understand how you can leave your child in a car for 6 hours and not remember I honestly can’t get my head around it. How how how?! This was a planned crime in my opinion it just doesn’t add up or make any sense I have a 5year so this is such a horrific case. I have 2 dogs and I wouldn’t even leave them in the car in 90degree heat for 6hours it’s truly shocking and heart breaking
