Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera sahabat semua...
topik kite harini adalah berkaitan ex5 dream modi crankshaft arata jetrod 4mm
1) rod 94mm (standard dream 97mm)
2)pin crank 22mm(standard 25mm)
3)diameter ~90mm(standard~90mm)
tapi masih menggunakan crankcase asal dream, tak perlu korek crankcase dan guna block dream(100% dream).. tak perlu convert class1..
stroke asal dream =49.5mm
stroke crank jet 4mm
(stroke up 8mm)=57.5mm
tip utk setup crank ni..
- hanya tukar oil pump shaft racing jet 3mm..(batang halus)..
-adjust deck clearance ikut kesesuaian..

en hafiz, kalau crackcase baru dan skru ikat enjin baru, kita bakar dan sepuh dalam minyak, boleh meng'harden'kan tak? slalu tgk chanel matsaleh diaorg restore akan buat sepuh mcm tu.

aah.. tu pn sebahagian dari teknik heat treatment.. bdk2 moto selalu buat dkt 1)bolt/nut 2)hujung valve 3)spring valve 4)spring clutch.. 5)block set..(masak) cara cepat bakar dan celup minyak.. cume teknik kene betul.. tak boleh over heating.. cara lambat tapi selamat.. masak dalam minyak panas selama 8 jam ke atas.. slow heat treatment.. suhu perlu setting betul2 mcm suhu engine .. tapi cerewet sikit.. noted-guna minyak engine semi syntetic. cara lagi mudah... running in mcm biasa.. "berpantang".. semua komponen akan "masak" dgn baik bergantung pada cara kite running in..👌👍👍👍

Askum,nk tnya gearbox class1 dengan gearbox dream ade beza tak dari shaft dia?Sy pakai gearbox dream masuk di crankcase class1(kiri kanan) beli kedai,jadi mcm pendek plk shaft gearbox belah clutch,boleh tolak ke lua ke dlm,bnyk jgak clearance dlm 3,4mm(lebih kurang)jgk tu.kalau start engine,bunyi die jangan cakap lh.kalau pakai crankcase class1(kiri kanan) mmg tak ngam ke pakai gearbox dream?

gearbox stakat yg sy pasang sama je.. cube check.. 1)waser fiber pakai tak?? 2)bearing kecil crankcase belah nombor shaft clutch.. takut dah longgar..

waalaikumussalam.. seeloknya pakai head racing utk respon yg lebih baik... nk pakai head standard pn boleh.. asal cranking pressure dapat 150-175 psi at full throttle..👍😁

pakai rod ape?? kalau rod hp.. block HP gasket 3mm atau block dream gasket sekeping.. guna rantai kecik dream88.. pastu standby roller block s90.. kalau rantai timing terlebih kendur.. sbb timing gear set HP 28/14.. dream 32/16.. kt situ beza total 6 gigi.. risiko kendur..

kalau diameter crank lebih 93mm.. mmg sangkut.. perlu tukar casing belah kanan class1.. running oilpump class1.. 😅😅 kalau gesel sikit2.. perlu lay lagi hingga lepas... semoga dipermudahkan.. insyaallah

crank 110 jet 4= 55.5+8=63.5mm stroke 63mm *max rpm* =1500000÷(63.5x2) =1500000÷127 =11811rpm kalau nk tahan lama.. rpm tidak boleh lebih ~11500rpm. pastu DCR kene ngam.. atau full throttle cranking pressure test antara 150-175psi.. serta setting carb cun2.. insyaallah boleh jln jauh.. 👍😁

w,salam.. yg ni jet3 gasket sekeping kan??die pakai rod ex5 HP 94mm.. kalau tukar rod class1 100mm.. tambah gasket block 6mm.. rantai timing class1 90L.. tiang 4.. class1.. oil pump shaft tak sangkut.. sbb diameter crank tak berubah.. tu je ..👍👍

bergantung pada diameter crank... rasenye kalau lebih 97mm kene lay sikit.. lupe dah sy🤔🤔.. sbb kalau crank jetrod ...stroke 61.5 mm... diameter 103mm kene lay..

kalau diameter crank tidak lebih 93mm.. boleh guna oilpumpshaft racing... yg dah siap lay.. bli kat shopee murah...😁👍.. kalau diameter crank lebih dari 93mm.. perlu convert crankcase class1 belah kanan.. sistem oilpump class1.. semoga dipermudahkan urusan.. insyaallah..

W,salam... dari testimoni .. sy tk dapat byk info dari pengguna PNP crank arata ni.... cume dari pengalaman sy.. elok convert fully class1.. crank class1 standard... tu lebih baik... dan lebih mudah nk setup... power pn stabil.. kos pn murah.. insyaallah..

w,salam.. antara punca bearing cam pecah,haus,bunyi,... 1)rumah bearing(pada head) tak fit.. atau longgar.. 2)valve spring over compress iaitu valve lifting tinggi.. tak padan dgn spring... jadi stress pada cam dan rocker arm. 3)minyak hitam tak naik ke head atau sistem minyak pelincir tak lancar.. 4)cam bearing senget/gelong.. 5)engine overheat.. bearing jem.. tu je info yg sy dpt stakat ni.. semoga bermanfaat..

Selalu wave 110 bearing cam selalu pecah.. Rumah bearing terlampau fit.. Bila kunci head cam jadi ketat.. Kena ley sikit rumah bearing dekat head tu

@@rindoarichikakito9673 ye betul.. kalau boleh rod ratio perlu sama dgn standard punye.. atau tidak kurang 1.5... contoh standard ex5 class1 rod 100mm.. stroke55.5 SR=100÷55.5=1.80 dream rod 97mm stroke 49.5mm SR=97÷49.5=1.96 dream lebih stabil dari class1.. terbaik.. betul la fahaman kamu.. semakin tinggi SR semakin kurang stress piston to cylinder wall.. semoga bermanfaat.. insyaallah..

@@rindoarichikakito9673 ye betul.. utk pilihan kamu tu.. hanya tambah gasket block 3mm-4mm.. rod class1 stroke asal 55.5mm stroke wave135 jet2 61.9mm 61.9-55.5=6.4mm 6.4÷2=3.2mm kalau rantai timing 90L tak lepas(tegang) .. perlu upgrade 92L pastu rollerblock pakai S90.. semoga dipermudahkan.. insyaallah.

w,salam.. insyaallah.. cadangan yg baik... utk kes crank putus.. umumnya disebabkan momentum terlalu tinggi... (jisim x halaju) .. utk crankshaft.. dipengaruhi berat magnet/stopper... 1)makin berat magnet/stopper.. makin tinggi risiko crank utk putus.. 2)makin tinggi rpm makin tinggi risiko crank putus... cara terbaik utk main rpm tinggi... perlu ringankan stopper/magnet.. kalau main rpm standard... takpe.. boleh guna magnet/stopper/auto dgn berat standard... dan elakkan dari wheelie..🤭🤭🤭🤭...juga risiko utk crank putus...

masih support.. cume utk dream spec53 jet3 kebykkn akan upgrade pakai head 27/23 atau 28/24 utk respon engine lebih baik.. kalau pakai head standard perlu porting cun2.. utk ekzos masih support.. cuma tak fully perform.. sproket masih boleh support 15-28 utk spec ni..

pakai brand faito.. dan kalau boleh set pakai rocker arm bearing siap cover head racing... insyaallah tahan lama.. 👌👍

1)boleh.. cume camgear kene ikut sproket timing crank... kalau sproket crank HP (14T).. camgear kene 28T.. kalau sproket crank 16T (dream).. kene pakai camgear 32T.. 2)betul tu...utk crank dream jet3 gasket sekeping... pakai block HP gasket 3mm...

Bang nak tanya.. klau kite nk masuk crankshaft besar lebar 100mm sampai terpakse kene potong sarang crankshaft dekat crankcase semua... xde masalah ke pada enjin??? Tak budah jem ke crankshaft klau xde tabung bulat tu????

untuk 4 stroke takde masalah...sbb crankcase 4stroke single chamber.. mmg minyak hitam masuk kt situ.. tak mcm 2 stroke.. wajib ade.. siap crank oil seal... taknak bagi bocor .. elak minyak hitam masuk ruang crank shaft.... serta proses intake flow berlaku lebih efisien.. cume .. berdasarkan teori..dikatakan pergerakan crank akan ganggu pergerakan minyak hitam ke oil pump... akan berlaku over splash... namun stakat ni ok je geng modi buat.. ade yg siap crank berlaga dgn gigi gear pn ade... sampai kene asah gear... dan sistem by pass asal (breather hose) pn tak terganggu...👍👍

pakai conrod hp pn boleh.. tapi kene tambah gasket 3mm utk block besi ex5 HP... dan rantai timing kene pakai ex5 dream... dan head pn ex5 dream.. sbb sproket timing class1 32/16.. sama dgn dream.. manakala ex5 Hp 28/14.. nanti lari timing kalau salah set.. taknak pening kepala.. convert class1 je terus...👍👍👍😁.. semoga dipermudahkan. insyaallah

w,salam.. utk 56 jet 4 ni mencabar sikit utk setup.. sy sarankan 56 class1(56/3).. lebih mudah dan stabil.. utk kedua dua spec ni 56/4 dan 56/3.. ekzos manifold perlu 24-26mm..ekzos standard tidak digalakkan.. takut "highload" dan high rpm overheat.. semoga dipermudahkan.. insyaallah..

w,salam.. utk kriss.. rod asal tak silap sy 100mm.. same dgn class1.. kalau jet4 mm rod paling sesuai patutnya 96mm.. tapi takde rod 96mm.. jadi paling dekat rod 97mm.. cume gasket mungkin tambah 1 atau 2 keping.. bergantung pada piston.. kene rujuk sahabat yg pernah modi kriss utk kepastian..👍👍👍

w,salam... perlu confirm dulu panjang stroke .. sbb mcm tak logik piston tak berlaga dgn labu crank kalau stroke 67.5mm dgn rod 95.5mm... rase tu jet 4.5 gasket sekeping.. stroke 64.5mm ..rod 95.5mm rod ratio 1.48.. dari segi mekanikal ngam... dari segi ketahanan mungkin kurang.. 🤔🤔🤔

ye betul.. ni cara standard utk kire stroke.. utk dream jet 3(+6mm) gasket sekeping... stroke biasanya naik dari 49.5mm ke 55.5mm..... cume spec tipu tak perlu tambah gasket 3mm sbb rod asal 97mm(dream) dah ditukar ke 94mm(ex5 HP).. 😁👍👍

boleh.. tapi respon engine kurang sikit dkt rpm atas... utk rpm bawah hingga pertengahan terbaik.. stabil.. sbb engine kapasiti dan jadi 126.9cc.. 👍👍

yg tu perlu pasang block dan piston tanpa block gasket dan dapatkan ketinggian piston yg terkeluar dari block.. nilai yg kite dapat tu adalah ukuran *minimum* ketebalan gasket block yg kite perlukan .. semoga dipermudahkan.. insyaallah..

same la dgn spec sy skang.. baru seminggu "berpantang".. CR10.8 cam uma, rocker arm espada bearing,head sum racing 28/24 kawah dalam(14cc).. carb PWK28 so far mmg ade knocking sikit mase awal2(engine berat) ... skang dah hilang.. test full tank pusing KL ahad baru ni.. ok.. half throttle lepas 120gps tegak.. tapi advantage angin🤭🤭.. bagi sy mungkin kene upgrade cam atau drop CR.. sbb rase bahang kt kaki.. plug so far ok.. mj-pilot masih support.. jln jauh tak lemau.. utk spec daily rase ngam2 je setup sekarang ni.. 😁😁.. utk setup kamu kalau semua cun.. rase ok je.. yg penting bile jln jauh engine tak lemau..

bergantung pada saiz diameter crank /total stroke.. tak silap bawah 100mm diameter atau bawah 62mm stroke tak sangkut gear box.. lebih dari tu mungkin sangkut.. yg dlm vedio.. diameter sama standard 89.9mm. stroke 57.5mm.. masih lepas..👍👌👌

1)pressure test dapat brape?? 2)sproket set brape? 3)carb saiz brape? pressure test perlu dapat 150-175psi pada full throttle.. sproket set utk spec ni antara 1.75-1.95.. (sproket belakang÷sproket depan) carb max 28mm... min 24mm

rase auto clutch mmg gerak mcm tu.. kalau kite pusing mangkuk auto ke depan atau pusing crank ke belakang die akan sangkut sbb ada 1 way bearing.. dan begitulah sebaliknya.. ke tak spin mcm mane?? 🤔🤔

boleh je.. yg penting setup CR ngam dan engine tidak overheat ..upgrade cooling system jika perlu..... dan yg paling penting balancing ok.. engine tak gegar... kalau gegar .. takut tak tahan...👍👍👍

kalau diameter crankcase bawah 93mm.. lepas pakai crankcase dream.. kalau lebih 93mm... perlu convert class1..

saiz srandard ~90mm.. pin crank kecik 22mm .. ori saiz 25mm

yg dlm vedio ni..tanam timah.. kalau yg asal pada crank arata jet4mm tu .. besi je.. bukan tungsten.. specialist dah bukak timbang.. lagi ringan dari timah..🤭🤭

@@paci_edy yg pasang sekarang timah.. lebih murah dan mudah.. lepas kira,marking,tebuk,tanam "tetulang" ...pastu tuang timah cair.. besi lagi ringan dari timah.. material paling berat ..tungsten.. tapi perlu teliti bile tanam sbb perlu pasang dgn ketat.. dan kos mahal.. serta terhad..

@@jazmirulshahrin7086 owh.. ok.. carb besar dari saiz valve(head standard valve 24/20)... risiko semput bile full throttle.. CFM atau port flow tak cukup nk support carb 28.. utk crank jet rod.. yg dlm vedio ni lebih berat dari standard sbb dah hantar balancing dan tambah berat.. utk crank jetrod yg asal rasenye lebih kurang standard je .. sbb diameter masih 89.90mm..(saiz standard dream)

jet rod.. stroke 57.5mm rod 94mm ... asal dream 97mm rod pin 22mm....asal dream 25mm diameter 90mm.. sama mcm dream.. 👍😁
