Is there any option to select and fill university codes before the test day? Just like toefl?

What's the temperature like in the test centre? Can we skip the 10 minute break and if we can, do you recommend? Can we go over the second section of AWA if our first section gets completed before time (I.e. in 15 minutes or so)?

You can choose 4 universities for sending scores for free if you select right after the exam. But if you dont want to send, you can anyways pay to send them later.
