ETC games are always good. The lifesteal from level 1 guitar hero talent makes ETC a bruiser with potentially constant armor, regen, lifesteal and crit damage if uninterrupted.

Interesting that you didn't pick the other E talent that's more auto attack based at level 1. It has a ton of synergy with the rest of your talents and can give you just as much, if not more value than the quest when you are able to auto attack consistently.
