While submitting admission form for Masters in Landscape Planning in Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague, I paid 500CK through my sbi credit card easily. Its necessary to seat for GAP test conducted by SCIO, Czech Republic and the necessary fees for the GAP test is 21€. After repeated attempts, I can't pay 21€ through my credit card. There is no other choice of payment also. They are not replying to my emails also. What to do? Can anybody help me?
