Please clarify the use of tamoxifen and conception question. Is it 2yrs or 3 months that we need to stop the medication for?

It should be used at least for 2 years before stopping it in ER positive Breast cancer and the female should not be on Tamoxifen for at least 3 months if she wants to conceive as it is teratogenic.

We don’t allow patient to become pregnant for the first 2 years to make sure no recurrence is happening. After 2 years, we stop for 3 months and then allow patient to become pregnant

Sir about inguinal hernia surgery question: according to surgery lectures the answer is ilioinguinal nerve but in anatomy revesion videos sir mentioned the answer as genitofemoral nerve... Timestamp 35:45 for anatomy
