When coming to the practical driving test
The examinee must come to the practical driving test on time. It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier.
When coming to the practical driving test, the examinee must present their identity document. If the examinee fails to present their identity document or the latter is not valid, they will not be allowed to take the practical driving test.
When coming to take a category B practical driving test the examinee generally meets with the examiner in the service area; there is no need to engage with customer service. Practical driving tests for other categories take place at a location determined by the Estonian Road Administration.
If the person who has scheduled the practical driving test fails to come to the practical driving test or they have not notified the service centre of the Road Administration of failure to come to the practical driving test within the prescribed time period, the practical driving test is deemed to have been taken and the state fee paid for the practical driving test is deemed to have been used.

Before finishing parking exercise, do we have to put back seat belt on before saying ready to examiner?

Yes, you can put the seat belt back. But there is no strict rule about that. He also might ask you to check the parking together with him.

May I ask: at 27.03 I understand that I have a give way sign and since the lines have been erased, the other cars may not see them. In this case, if there are cars coming, should I stop the car? Or would that be dangerous? And does that mean there's essentially no acceleration lane there?

You have a give a way sign, so basically if you see the car coming on the left and changing the lane to the right, therefore you should stop and give a way to this car. And still you have to consider this place as an acceleration lane, because we can see two lanes here even without any road marking. Its clearly visible, that 2 cars can fit in one direction.
